Good app with some great options for learning vocabphrase book type of things There is some variation in Arabic depending on the region am not sure which region this one represents Be sure to check on this if youre a first time learner like me Nice Region specific
Yes this is not Egyptian but it is the more correct manner to speak Arabic Even if not perfect it will give you a sense of what is being said in a more diverse area than just Egypt but across the whole MENA area Not perfect but good to learn the basics
My friend told me they do not use the works from this app anymore They are too standard Its just waste of time to learn from here Too standard

My father is from the Middle East and although I was proficient in Arabic when I was a kid I stopped speaking it daily when I went away to prep school so with the exception of some words and phrases my Arabic has been severely lacking and my father isnt pleased Ive downloaded countless learn Arabic apps and they were all terrible I decided Id do one more search and found this app and it is fantastic The accent is spot on the words are accurate and you can learn at your own pace and the Arabic script is equipped with diacritics This is the best Arabic app Ive found bar none Finally an actual Arabic app thats good no great

Checked out several beginning Arabic apps and this was by far the best at meeting my needs It is very easy to learn enough basic vocabulary to get by Our travels included Dubai Oman Jordan and Egypt Folks were very appreciative of our knowing a some Arabic as this is apparently unusual for Americans Great for a Basic Arabic Phrases
