Sam`s AppGratis app is the first app you should download. Does most of the work for you by finding a worthwhile app and getting a special price/free. Great variety from games to utilities, you just never know what the app of the day will be! Works with both iPad and iPhone, guaranteed one free app a day (mostly iPhone) but the iPad apps are just as good when offered. Also offers discounts on some paid apps.

I have tried other free app finders including appoday and free app a day, but the free apps from them are definitely not as good as the apps from appgratis. Also, the apps from those aren`t worth as much as the apps from appgratis, and the apps on appgratis are actually daily deals instead of the apps from the other app finders that go permanently free. I wish that I had the chance to get Cut the Rope Experiments and Letris Power for free, but I will have to settle with picshop and other great apps instead. :)

The apps are varied so that there is something for everyone. I use them on iPad and iPhone with great success and all FREE and without incident.
