Great app for my son however I was wondering when there would be a new update Is this like a magazine where there will be a new update with new stuff every month that would be totally worth it              More more

Totally great for entertaining kids Various ages liked it too A six year old liked it and so did a 12 year old Dont know the brand but I like it                 Fun for young kids

They cant stop playing with it and there is enough variation in the app that it holds their attention I think its great                 My kids love it

Most of the stuff in here is very focused towards kids but I really like the Bicycle riding game when ive got a minute or two to kill Cute I may just have to check out the actual magazine              This is for my kid but I mess with it too

I love Anorak Magazine I think its awesome that theyre keeping the same look feel for the app I enjoy the fun illustrations and icons Its also very easy to use Entertaining and very well designed                 Cool app for a cool mag

Very nice little app for kids or bored adults The graphics are awesome very well done very creative and it will really connect with kids A great deal at 99 App is educational yet fun Great job to developers on the creative really ties nicely to Anorak Magazine and online resources              A great little app for little hands

my kids really like this app its fun for them and the design is totally appropriate i think the ages above oldest is 7 would even enjoy hope it updates monthly or so because i will go crazy with them playingreading the same things over and over they dont care                 great for the preschool early elem age

This app is a truly lovely The graphics are cheerful and fun and the activities are simple and enjoyable for kids I would definitely recommend this app to anyone with a child                 Delightful App for Kids

So clearly this app isnt made for me a man in his mid30s however I do have a 3 year old and he really enjoyed some of the games on the app They are really easy to understand and fun to play The coloring app is neat although you can get a free one for you iPhone if you are looking for one It could use some more games and fun things to do it does get old pretty quickly but its good pull out in a pinch while waiting in line or sitting on the sofa And there are some stories in there which are good because we keep reading the same ones All in all if you want something for the kids to occupy some time this is pretty good           Not familiar with the brand but a fun app Could use more things to do

I have to say that I have not heard of this magazine but I am so glad that I bought this app My son absolutely loves the coloring and stories Great app                 So pleased

I am sure it works for other ages too but my nieces loved this app Somethin for both of them So many parts to this app and a cute English accent on the kids voice              46 year old fun

the app has a nice look to it Its also simple to use with many activities for kids to do It has quickly become my sons favorite app                 Great to keep the kids buzy

All of the app is a simple design to make any kid have fun playing it there are seven small books some of them have lots of words that may be a little challenging for the intended age group one of them has comentary on it so you dont have to read The games are another problem the word search is extreemely hard no matter what your age is you have to spell Anorak out of a huge jumble with no hints or help The cycling game is also very hard and doesnt prove very fun when you are playing it making it hard to enjoy it fully If you enjoy those problems the app is pretty fun if your a very young kid           A kids app with some near impossible games and insanely challenging books

We love the cheerfulness of this app My kids and I love to play with this one together Not only is it well designed but it is also chock full of cute and entertaining things to doplay              Beautiful app and fun too

I like this app in concept Its cute it had a varity of thing that might interest a kid Needs work polish and better sound recording              Good concept needs polish

Designed perfectly to fit the magazine delightful colorful UI makes me want to be a kid again If you have a kid this is the perfect excuse to get off your iphone and let him have a go so you can spend time with your wife                 delicious

My kids live it Great graphics              So cute

It seemed that the instructions were presented in a format for an older child but that didnt quite match the level of the activity especially in the do stuff category I can see how someone who is quite familiar with the magazine would enjoy this app I did appreciate the creativity in the presentation and the colorful graphics which can often times be enough to keep children busy           What age range is this for

My family has personally not been familiar with Anorak Magazine so experiencing their content on the iPhone provided a wholly new experience as to the style of their content production Suffice to say that this product is not really intended for someone my age so after spending some time exploring all of the features I handed it to my 6 year old daughter to let her have a go The following points come from our collaborative experience of the app 1 Kudos to the developer for leveraging the strength of the iPhone iPod touch to bring the content of Anorak Magazine to a new and growing market with digital mobile media distribution The way this app was developed makes it a natural fit for the device and their interface is extremely suited to their target audience The features are varied yet uncomplicated The menus are very easy to understand and navigate yet thematically enaging 2 The graphics and audio are wellsuited to complement each other 3 Each of the activities are designed to be accessed and utilized by children so the content is not so involved as to be overwhelming and not so sparse as to be quickly boring My daughter spent enough time playing with the app to explore pretty much all it had to offer after a few sessions and the promise of updated content is especially enticing She is looking forward to that 4 The variations of the features are such that not all of them will be equally embraced with different children Different kids will like to interact with the app in different ways so the variation of featues are quite nice My daughter especially liked to Read Stuff and Do Stuff but wasnt as engaged with the Play Stuff 4a In Read Stuff my daughter enjoyed reading all of the contents and found it very interesting She read much of the little factoids out loud to me I liked the musical accompaniment also I found some of the text content very difficult to see and would have appreciated the ability to zoom in on some of it 4b In Do Stuff she enjoyed almost all of it and spent most of her time in this section of the app Most of it was very easy to grasp and start using right away She wasnt interested in the Word Search and found it intimidatingdifferent kids will have different tastes I liked it We both found the Do Colouring a little frustrating and perhaps not as well suited to the interface My daughter has inherited my penchant for exacting detail and this was difficult to achieve here My fingers were too big to keep the colors within the lines Her small fingers did much better here but we both felt the app would benefit from a spot erase tool instead of just clearing the whole screen at once 4c My daughter quickly grew bored with the Play Stuff features She found the Cycling game to be frustrating and although she enjoyed the WhackAnorak it didnt keep her interest for very long All in all this is quite a good app and I really like where they are going with it I know that this is one that I can let my daughter safely play and enjoy and she will have fun using it We both look forward to more content coming to the app Good job Anorak              Unique useful and entertaning

There are a surprising amount of things to do within this one application Kids can read animated miniarticles play silly games that have cute illustrations and dont have irritating audio and color in illustrations There are many prompts given throughout which means even really young kids can probably use this on thier own                 A lot in one

This game is colorful and seems to have cool things to do Only thing I didnt like was the sounds           Pretty entertaining

nice idea and good for entertaining kids unfamiliar with the magazine but learning to like it           fun for kids
