This app is complete garbage Like seriously I used to like it when I first came and no Im not one of those guys but now nonanime related RolePlays take up 70 of the public chats section daily Not to mention the looking for bfgf or Skypekik or Im sad chats that take up almost 20 of the remainding 30 The moderators dont even do their job properly Sure they have over 20 other apps to manage but guess what Those apps are dead You heard me DEAD In addition to that why make more apps if you cant even maintain the few you originally had and properly Narvii isnt an intelligent company and the moderators are just as bad if not worse This isnt an app for Anime fans this is an app for socially awkward individuals who uses it to meet others in the same standing as them and not to talk about Anime Funny isnt it This app is a complete I repeate a COMPLETE failure Well at the blogs are still somewhat relevant Then again irrelevant blogs still get featured even though the features are handpicked Yet some features get disabled Isnt that just hilarious The decision making on this app is a complete mess This app is garbage point blank But if youre depressed or want an internet relationship then this is the app for you Come on in I also forgot to mention theres a lot of users who get mad here when you flag their irrelevant content Little did they know some of us actually came for Anime But on the other hand we have others majority who downloaded the app to make the friends that they couldnt in real life Boy I tell ya most of the users there are really fat ugly or sexually confused Its not really surprising     Irresponsible Moderators Irrelevant Content Chats are hardly ever Anime related etc

I think this is such an amazing social network for otakus I have encountered very few issues and everything seems appropriate I have made tons of friends and people are supportive here Such a kind community for anime fans                 Fantastic app for anime fans

You have to have this app if youre an anime fan Its seriously the best thing thats been released for otaku and anime fans Its such an incredible community Everyone is so friendly and supportive and I can finally talk about my passion openly So awesome

This is a great app if you like anime and manga It has great content but some of the people are kind of perverted So if you can handle that you can get this and enjoy anime and manga Just make sure to avoid the pervs                 Great app pervy people

Anime Amino is easily one of my favourite apps on the app store because it connects me with others who like Anime Ive made some very close friends through the app and I cant even think of another platform that could do the same for me to be honest When I first joined I was so overwhelmed by the amount of content there was but people helped me out a lot so I never felt completely lost Before I knew it I became part of the community Im even a bit of a mini celebrity now at this point so thats another plus I always thought that I had watched all of the best anime that were out there but boy was I wrong I join the app and dozens of users recommend me some great ones that I had never even heard about There are lots of reviews on other anime as well so it helped me out on what to watch this season This app is also very good when it comes to wanting to learn about Japanese culture My trip to Japan wouldnt have been the same if people didnt tell me about places and restaurants that were like hidden gems Although I am a part of a bunch of Amino communities Cosplay Amino is also really amazing I gotta say the Anime Amino community really holds a special place in my heart I would recommend the app to anyone so go ahead and download it                 Loveeeee it

The feature to block someone is beyond useless All it does it prevent a person from following you they can still flag repost and favorite your stuff when they shouldnt even be allowed to access your page This app is extremely biased as well they pick and choose what they will remove I flagged someones totally non related post nothing was done about it I post a long expressive view of an ex friend they take it down They allow pointless American holiday stuff up and when a user requests that content is removed from anothers page due to theft they do nothing I have been impersonated on this app and they did nothing after I filed a complaint This app is corrupt and biased     This app is corrupt

This app is amazing and perfect for anime lovers even if you dont love anime you can just be a fan but this app will still amaze you                 Amazing

First off I just want to say how much I love this app I downloaded this to see if I might be interested in it and I definitely was within the first 3 minutes of opening the app There are just a few recommendations that I think would make the app even better I will continue to review this app after each new update and will update my reviews if I find anything else in need of improving Here is what I would do 1 Make it so if you unfollow someone they are taken off the Following tab right after unfollowing them without having to restart the app 2 Add some options so if you flag a post you have some things to choose from so sorting through possible inappropriate content can be easier and the flags can be prioritized in matter of importance For example if I were to flag a blogcomment someone made I would be able to choose from a set of options and after each option be able to explain in detail Here are some options that would be available to choose from 1 NudityPornography Content not anime but real human nudity 3 Sexual Harassment self explanatory 2 HarassmentRacism Against a person or group 3 Asking ForPosting Personal Information Credit Card Numbers Home Addresses etc 4 Spam multiple posts comments with the same exact messages 5 Malicious WebsitesLinks Phishing Scam Viruses Potentially Illegal False Claims 6 Hate Symbols Swastika Confederate Flag etc 7 Other Not Listed Describe Fully in Detail This would be VERY beneficial to whomever checks flagged blogscomments as it would allow them to get to the more important things to bring down They would want to take down PornographyNudity Content refer to 1 above as soon as possible whereas Spam refer to 4 above would not be as urgent Not only that but it would help curb needless Flags when people Flag blogscomments for no valid reason thus allowing whomever checks the Flags to not have to worry about checking every single Flag as they can see which ones are actually relevant I hope all of you developers and other people who contribute to the app take to heart what I have said As I have spent a good hour not to mention put all my love into it trying to make it as easy to understand as possiblethinking about and writing this review I normally dont write any reviews unless I absolutely love the app and what the developer is doing and when I do write them I try my best to make them the best of quality I can I am contributing these ideas as I feel they would make this app much better I wish the best to all of you HeavenlyRage              Good App Could Be Much Better

This app is both good and bad Good it lets you find new anime and meet interesting people Bad AA is in a way corrupt because they literally flag everything if its not about anime like even if you have anime pictures and dont say anime you will get flagged

My particular anime fan story probably sounds a lot like most people before they found Anime Amino My main outlet was Crunchy Roll forums which are decent the god awful Anime subreddit and Tumblr which I love as a platform but is terrible for communicating with other people What I love about Anime Amino 1 Friendly people Shoutout to Sparklez for the warm welcome on my very first day 2 A huge diverse set of bloggers about different anime I guarantee that if you go through the Featured Feed you will find something you havent watched or a post that you totally agree with 3 Post options I love making polls and blogs People gave me so much attention for even simple posts and theres always a lot of people voting in my polls On Anime Amino everything is personal The moment you post your first blog someone will quickly like comment or both Within a day someone will arrive on your profile usually as a result of you liking or commenting on their post and will immediately welcome you once they see that you are new The hospitality on the app was been incredible The moment you find someone friendly you can private message them and carry great conversations Its almost addicting I constantly find myself coming back into AA during work class and ESPECIALLY before bed I might have to work on my self control lol                 My Favorite Place Possibly Addicted

I love this app Yay sure it has some stupid people but theres some great people to bond with I love this app and its like Facebook or what ever mixed with anime and manga If you love manga and anime and bonding then go get this app Its a win win What are you waiting for                

AA is really laggy for some reason I know its not my wifi because everything else works perfectly fine like snapchat Instagram kik etc so if you guys could please fix this it would be great Other then that Im very happy           Its really laggy

the app and all its content is great Anime amino community is amazing in and of itself but the app itself since new update has to reload every time i hit the home button and go back in was not like this before update              the content is amazing but update kind laggy

This used my favorite app and i was always addicted to it But latly the chats have been stupid and aa features the most stupidest posts ive ever seen I wish they would improve alot of things and its just going downhill           Its okish Just gone downhill

I used to like this app Its a good app to find cool anime The only way to do that is to just lurk and not even make your presence known or else youll be ridiculed Ive been on Anime Amino for 2 years and everyday it becomes more and more crappy They choose users to decide what gets on the PopularFeatured section Youd think that the moderators were able to handle their job but making applications for users that want to be in control of the Pops section Might as well make your little sister a moderator Im infuriated by the childishness in these Curators and the Mods The curators literally put blogs in the Featured so that they can see arguments start amongst users How moronic and childish is that So much for choosing role model users to become curators This app would be way better if the Moderators were to actually do their job Waste of time people Dont even bother with it     Childish biased troll infested lazy mod app

I like this app but I also hate it its nice because if I can even find a chat thats not full of horny adolescents I can talk to people about certain anime that we share a common interest in I hate this app because I can hardly ever find a chat that is not a Role Play and if I ever Dare to venture into one of said RPs its full of perverts and children talking about how theyre going to gang bang your character and whatnotand if you even try to say anything against it they flag you try to get you into trouble and block you giving you negative reputation I am in no way saying younger kids cant like Anime but I dont think its very appropriate when you go into a chat and read about some 12 year olds character having it with some other 12 year olds character Also there are some Chats that dont even have anything to do with anime like the ones that say KikSkype or Im sad Then theres Fandom stuff like Supernatural Doctor Who or Steven Universe stuff like that Why are they allowed on there I feel like the Mods dont even do anything about stuff like this Because these chats sure as hell arent being monitored           Its nice but its full of horny tweens

I love this app I have had a lot of fun writing blogs meeting people and reading blogs other people have made I have only been on for about 4 months but Im glad I downloaded it Of course there are things that some people dont like on the app RPs but everyone is different and has their own opinions Im happy that there is an app that can bring all anime fans together into a community though                 I love it
