Although the app has incredible potential there are bugs and UI which need fixing in order to justify 100 price tag I would love to give this app 5 star but until the following are addressed the two star review stands 1 Audio does not work There is a reason anesthesia machines have audible alarms with a variety of pitches and tone The app plays in real time I can not give a positive review until I can hear the pulse ox in the background Patient noises and remarks such as groaning would be appreciated Once audio is fixed I would give a three star review I Might have given four stars had price the price been under 20 however at the current 100 price tag a review above three stars would require addressing 2 Drug input is very frustrating Its a long drop down list of medications you must scroll through in order to select the desired medication Once the drug is selected you then must manually enter the drug dose to be administered This is required for each medication each time even redoing It can take 3 minutes just to place induction orders and 1 minute just to give two doses of fentanyl Imagine how long it would take to administer acls drugs This is also true for all required actions 3 Not allowed to view Aline waveform Cvc waveform and PAC waveform simultaneously        Could have been 5 star
