Overall very good product for quick reviews of rare and common cases Not all encompassing for sure but very helpful and quick to review Not entirely evidence based                 Good product Ocjae

This app came out a couple years ago and had only a few cases They ve stepped it up and filled in some of the holes It s still a little choppy having made useful tables and notes but mixed them in with cases so they re hard to find And surprisingly many very common cases are left out ENT stuff some common urology cases and more so it is not comprehensive by any means but they re on the right track Eventually they ll have a 40 app As it stands this is well worth the money I like it and use it Stop debating just buy it             Much improved still needs more cases DocOck12323
