Anbtx did an update after 2 years or nothing for it to finally look like an app that Chase or Wells Fargo came out with in 2007 It still doesn t support native mobile check deposit and they didn t bother testing support of other apps such as Acorns It s really sad the amount of money and time they spent in advertising this big change for it to be the same Update After emailing everyone that was anyone with the bank the CEO finally got back to me not to pursuade me to stay with ANBTX but to explain their old software which was Jack Henry wasn t customizable at all and the new platform would allow future development and improvments In my opinion it is too little too late I closed my accounts today and am happily a Chase customer now I can stand in my home and do all of my banking ANBTX needs to understand that people want to bank without going to the bank     Still a sorry bank with a sorry app bradpickerill

Wow the app is bad sorry guys     Like the back Want to use it.. But..

It was easier to use the old version This app looks terrible on my iPhone 7 plus I couldn t even set up the security settings from my phone couldn t view the whole question Did anyone test this I was expecting to be able to do mobile deposits since a bank employee told me it would be part of this big update if the functionality is there I can t find it This is a huge disappointment ANBTX could have spent the they spent on mailing out letters about this update to hire someone to do the programming I tried but have not seen any additional benefits to me C mon guys     The update is a huge let down Bbwbdh

Been using the mobile app for awhile now and always thought it was far behind others such as BoA Then came word of this big update After downloading WOW what a let down It is even worse than before Total crap app     Big update big failure blkellis

The layout is outdated needs to show available balance not ledger And it would be nice to set alerts for when you make purchases so it lets you know how much you have left in your account so you do not go over your balance Not to mention COUNTLESS days where s you can t even log in because of multiple errors They really need to get a decent team on this     It s horrible Loy14loy

Select the app when it opens do not log in but select locations then enter a zip code Once the app finds and lists locations remember you are not logged in then in the top left select the Home icon and the app will go into an infinite loop trying to log you into your account You have to quit the app completely to get back to a normal state That continual loop trying to log you in is a battery killer and in my opinion exposes you to a security risk This is a poorly designed and executed app especially for a financial institution that has an obligation to protect your information when using e banking     Seriously Flawed App DC97x

It really isn t a bad app it does what it is supposed to do That being said it could do it more efficiently One thing that would make it much easier to use is to at least give the app an option to remember a user ID Another would be maybe an area for settings that maybe we could customize and set up push notifications Everything else works just fine on this app account balances transfers even the manage credit card option all seem to work so far Which by the way the manage credit card option is great if you card is lost or stolen as you can deactivate the card from your mobile device without any hassle Very handy             Not bad but Blitzkrieg311
