This is a fantastic resource for someone who is introducing children to Spanish I am trying to learn Spanish as well and the story has introduced new words to me as well as sentence construction and other grammar The story is familiar the pictures well done the spoken portion interesting Can I give it 6 stars I have told the author that I would pay for this application If youre learning Spanish if you want to introduce children to Spanish this is the application for you Then go to the authors website and encourage her to do more                 La gallina roja

My daughter and I thought this was great for learning Spanish We love the illustrations and the audio The sound does work For those people who cant hear the sound its one of your settings on your iPad Click the support link above for information about how to fix the sound We love how you can switch between Spanish and English Listen to a page in Spanish then switch to English After playing the story over and over kids and parents will learn the story in Spanish Then you can mute the sound to read it aloud                 Great App

I love this app because I can read the story in english and spanish with the touch of a botton I am currently learning spanish and I recognized several words that I have already learned I also picked up on some new words that are useful as well Having the pictures and audio was a plus for this app After a good experience with this app I am going to buy a few more of the other stories I do not think that this app is going to teach you spanish but it will definitely sharpen some of your skills I have read the story several times as recommended and I was able learn a little more each time I am glad that this app was free so I could try it out first It can be used for children and adults that are learning a new language Good luck                 Great for my personal reading goals

I just downloaded app and there is no sound Deleted     No Sound

Its a shame that this app is so much potential but falls short of its claim There is no sound this is the reason why I purchased the full story Until the developer fixes this problem I feel that I have wasted good money     No Narration

Dont press the pause button by the speaker icon because it freezes there and wont unpause so now its not reading the story anymore Deleting and reinstalling didnt help           Liked it but
