For a busy single parent this service and app are a lifesaver I do my groceries shopping now while at work waiting for a meeting to start or while at the bank waiting in line App works very well I would like it if there were more ways to browse groceries Lifesaver
I give u this u have a great concept but you are To expensive i am disable and i need to buy food where is less expensive Also u are not in my area and ur app needs more work Do u provide services for the disabled Needs improvement
User experience is was off Not easy to find items which need to be in subcategories For a work in progress not bad App has some major challenges

This is a great app and I use it for at least 75 of my grocery shopping I love that I can usually place my order in the evening for early morning next day delivery My favorite way to shop
Now we only go to the grocery store once a month for specialty items Awesome app
The service is great for those of us with busy lives There are those out there who need an excuse to get out of the house so this service probably isnt for you Time is money

Keeps crashing at check out complaining about expired credit card Already removed added a valid credit card twice For an Amazon App this is complete garbage Constant crashes

I use this all the time and usually its great But its got all the items from last order in my cart so every time I try to delete them it tells me the order is already processing and cant be changed Deleting and redownloading didnt help So basically at this moment the app is completely useless to me Bug fix please Will not empty my cart from previous order

I read the other reviews Mine works perfectly Add ability to see my lists since I made them to shop frequent items Also on it would be nice to see a list of my past purchases with totals and dates in a table Use it every week
I am going through multiple Surgeries and Amazon Fresh lets me continue with shopping when physically disabled Amazon stands by their service and overall at this time is as good as any other shopping place Great App and Service

Amazon fresh has spoilt me from going to the grocery store Ordering groceries from the app is so convenient you just have to reserve a slot and keep shopping Groceries will arrive at your doorstep at the selected time The app is a little buggy so please fix the bugs Other than that I am hooked to Amazon fresh Love the product
I order a ton from Amazon and groceries at least once a week With how technically savvy Amazon is echo I would expect more from the app Functional but boring Good for a basic app

We swear by our Amazon Fresh deliveries for 90 of our home eating needs Still I find myself running to the local supermarket to fill in between deliveries due to lack of many basic perishables eg pomegranates heirloom tomatoes even baguettes Packaging way too many bags are that many really necessary Is it a result of aggregation from different warehouses A few times the food I got has been spoiled Generally though we love the flexibility and convenience Nothing like doorstep delivery to greet your hungry stomach upon waking up Also itd be great to be able to share grocery lists in the app Love Fresh but need better selection
AmazonFresh as a service is amazing makes my life so much easier but the app takes that ease away because it lacks the intuitiveness that I have come to associate with Amazon The app fails its extremely limited If I pull up my purchase it puts it back in the cart as if I am buying it again Fleshing out the categories would be nice too Adding filters like those on the main Amazon site would be great Amazonyou have a great Amazon app use what you have and put it to your AmazonFresh app 2 stars only because I like the service app is a 1 star Service is great app is HORRIBLE come on Amazon
Amazon Fresh sounded like a great service with delivery of only 795 for Prime members I attempted to place orders several times but the delivery fees range from 1795 to 1995 I reported the problem to Amazon several times but they only replied once and the problem has not been fixed This is essentially a worthless app Not ready for prime time worthless app and service
Our family loves Amazon Fresh Though weve had some glitches with delivery and fulfillment I feel like theyre actively working out the kinks I wish the app worked more like the website I want to see the cool Neighborhood Stores that we can order from I would also like to be able to see the recipes and then be able to Shop For the Recipe like I do on my PC It is far more convenient to use my iPad or iPhone Love this Service

Makes grocery shopping so easy for a family going in many directions Most products I need are available and at a good price I can frequently get next morning delivery when ordering at 10pm Easy breezy
This app works very well except for two major faults One is it has a terrible search engine like most Amazon applications Second is at the end when you have selected your delivery time it needs to have a proceed to checkout button You have to go all the way back out in order proceed to check out and confirm your delivery Pretty good but
Default Address keeps changing every time I log on Address selection is horrible as is payment selection Cant read customer reviews just see a star rating for products Crashes I signed up for 30 day trial and will see if I continue with it I can understand saving and keeping a dated ugly design for a pilot like this as long as it functions and is usable but this is neither Horrible app
The app isnt all that responsive and there isnt an easy way to switch between the dash list and search when the dash list doesnt have the item There isnt iPhone 6 support or touch id support yet so it feels a bit lacking compared to other apps Works but could be better
Only problem is some things are not available Love it
Although a challenge to setup probably 4 tries and having to repetitively back out of the app on iOS the hardware is phenomenal The bar code scanner adds the right item to my cart every time and the voice correctly gets what Im saying and gives the options of what I might want giving me the ability to quickly pick items or delete them Amazon fresh in and of itself is a brilliant idea as well and I havent yet had trouble I appreciate the developers long hours and on call duties you guys earn every penny Amazon Dash
The app wasnt horrible and we love online grocery shopping Most of the sites we used either went out of business or stopped delivering to our area We were excited to see Amazon Fresh arrive in our area but the 300 annual fee just seems a little much especially when we have seen 3 services like this come and go in our area App buggy but is deal breaker
You cant expand the reviews to actually read what has been written When I try to click on legal terms hyperlink it shuts down the application completely Considering how user friendly the other Amazon app is Im surprised by the terrible quality of the Amazon Fresh app Not user friendly

Good app for basic and repeated ordering but not for order or account management Still would recommend since the service is superb Good for basic ordering but not much else
This app is not always 100 user friendly I sometimes dont know whats happening with my order but it makes a big difference living in a city without a car Want some eggs for the morning Just order them the night before and have it there early in the morning Pretty much awesomeness Would be 5 if they could make the UX on the app a little more user friendly Makes life easy in the city
A new user Have found this to save time which I have little if these days I went shopping online one evening and my groceries were delivered as ordered and packed very well to keep frozen items frozen in 100 degree weather I love using dash as I go around my home scanning the bar code of items that we need Doesnt have all the items but sometimes you can find similar items that will work Im on a trial basis now and enjoying it Dont think though that I will spend the extra 200 membership fee for this service although Im going to enjoy the next few weeks out of it Great timesaving application

As of June 2015 this app is still not optimized for iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus Not iPhone 6 Optimized
And I cant order as a result Crashes every time on address book
Get your together Amazon Fresh is a wonderful service Your app is awful Youd think that when I go to search by category in an service devoted to delivering groceries Id see tabs like fruit vegetables milk products Instead I get 28000 items listed in grocery and then all irrelevant categories like automotive entertainment etc The only way to find anything is to search for specific items Theres no browsing aisles Who was the tool that put this thing together and how did it make it past quality control Terrible app

The experience is OK on an iPhone but it feels like half the experience or less of the website And since the app is only really created for the iPhone and only works in portrait mode its really a terrible experience on the iPad Cmon Amazon Im sure you have enough developers to make it custom for the iPad with more functionality better sized fonts images etc And please in landscape view as well Not very useful on an iPad
