Allergy Free Entertaining

Got this app to help me with my sons allergies and I selected the foods my son was allergic to and when it gave me recipes it had the food he was allergic to in it I was gunna give this app to my nanny and if they would have followed it they would have killed my son     Not worth it Dangerous

I bought this app to look for recipe ideas for my daughter with a severe egg and dairy allergy and was initially impressed with the allergy filtering page Supposedly you can put in the allergen and you will get recipe suggestions that fit your needs However when I put in dairy and egg free the recipes had cheese milk eggs etc Total waste of money I deleted it within 2 days     Not for egg and dairy allergies

This app is geared more towards those whom are gluten free Those with specific allergies like milk and eggs will be disappoint as those ingredients are listed in most all recipes and then it tells you what items you can substitute Not a true allergy free recipe database Dont waste your money like I did     Disappointed

I wasnt looking for anything in particular yesterday when I came across this app and Im glad I did I read the description and bought it but didnt get back to it until late last nightWOW There are GREAT recipes in this app Filters to search for recipes are easily changed in all kinds of ways You can turn off all filters except Sweet Snacks and Child Friendlysearch via Quick Search or Find Recipes After youve found what you like and have saved them to your Favourites you can change the filters again to uumm Savoury Main Meals Entertaining Gluten Free Dairy Free Soy Free and Vegansearch The photo of each recipe clean and crisp you can Add Notes while in the recipe Add To Favourites tap the magnifying glass in the upper left hand corner to make the photo bigger and tap the hot pink back arrow to go back to the recipe When you scroll up you see other filters that are a match to the recipe even if you didnt chose those filters soo cool I selected Savoury Main Meals Lunch BoxFind Recipes amongst several others was Bacon Spinach Quiche Aahh but heres the cool part its also Child Friendly Gluten Free Wheat Free Dairy Free Nut Free Low Sugarget it SO COOL because I didnt ask Ingredients and Alternative Ingredients Cooking Method Tips and Wine MatchALL together in the recipe LUV that In Preference is where you change measurements from Metric Aussie to Imperial US or vice versa I REALLY like this app BUT theres no Shopping List and Favorites arent saved in alphabetical order nor can you move them around yourself but change is coming How does she know that you askwell I tapped Feedback and sent the developer an in app email and she emailed me back Hi Mel Its GREAT when the developers actually gives a da a darn and takes the time to actually respond back to you So 14 of the STAR for the Shopping List and 14 of the STAR for being able to put Favs in alphabetical order or they automatically save that way and this becomes a 5 STAR app for me              45 STARS and Ive got NO food allergies
