When you open the app in your folder there is a tab on the top left to sign in Sign in using your password and email This worked for me and opened right up Hope this helps                     All You AntieCin

I ve always received a mail copy and now that I have an iPad I ve been getting the digital I do enjoy the articles in this magazine but what frustrates me is that one would think the digital would vibe available first But at times I receive the mail subscription before my digital And most recently I ve had a sample issue which is only a few pages of the magazine I ve contacted customer service and I m hoping they will resolve this issue If they do then I would rate this a five star             Can t view a full subscription Totita71

This ap is a cool idea the option of reading your subscription on your iPad However it isn t worth much in my opinion if you can t read the current magazines that you are entitled to It is a complete waste of time to contact customer service Even though they are pleasant and professional they can only fix it for this issue possibly Unfortunately on the next issue the same situation arises of not finding my account to be able to read the current issue without paying for it It would truly be awesome if they could fix the sign in issues which have gone on for the past 8 months The ap is a great idea but it really should be executed much better         Frustrating sign in process A reviewer1
