The app is terrific You need Spotify premium and you cant lock your phone but that works great since I have a dock on my bedside table AND this prevents me from grabbing my phone to surf Facebook when I cant sleep At first I had the problem that each song only played for about a minute before skipping to the next one but reinstalling the app fixed that I love this app Ok but songs dont play all the way through

Great concept but I left it plugged in all night and woke up with 36 battery life Great concept but needs tweaking
I like the idea but when I tried it the spotify app never opened Didnt work
Did everything I was supposed to do for this to work changed the settings so that my phone wouldnt lock and made sure the app was running in the foreground but it has failed to go off 2 out of 2 times Ive tried it Gets down to 1 minute left on the countdown and then nothing Not pleased Doesnt work
The alarm will only function if you leave your phone on and unlocked Apparently it doesnt have the proper permission for it to work in the background So unless you want to leave your phone on and unlocked to drain your battery or leaves it plugged in all night THIS IS NOT A USEFUL APP Do not waste your time
Cool concept did the basic setup didnt seem difficult at all and it never alarmed on Dont waste your time The App doesnt work

So I took a chance and tried this app bc I love spotify I have a premium account and Im tired of waking up to my iTunes music It works great its simple Yes you will want to leave your phone plugged in all night dont you do that regardless but just lay it facedown with the app open and you will be good Its the same exact function with the sleep cycle app where you leave it facedown app open under the covers all night So dont let the Debbie downers dissuade you I used this last night and woke up pleased Bill Evans woke me up so nice Its great Dont worry

So every night Im supposed to set the alarm Nope firstworldproblems Wont work in the background
It works exactly as advertised Be sure to read the instructions and if you want to pick a specific song just make a singlesong playlist and select that playlist as the alarm
As the past reviewer said this app is almost perfect Almost Some things like not having the choice to choose whether you want 24 hour time or not and not able to select individual songs Would also like to see alarm naming additional alarms and adding more alarms added Other than that the app is perfect Anyone with a premium membership should download this app Almost Perfect
I have followed the instructions perfectly every night and it still fails to play But not only that it fails to allow my backup alarm to play too so now Im an hour late for work from oversleeping because NO ALARMS WENT OFF I WANT A REFUND Why is it so hard to wake up to spotify DO NOT TRUST THIS APP

Its crap I have a premium account and the app still wont connect to spotify itself Create playlist does NOTHING Uninstalling What a waste of time
Works great the first time then will never work again It just closes immediately after you open it So unless you want to uninstall and then reinstall it everyday I would rather use my competent base phone alarm Frown One time use
App didnt even work and when I woke up it completely froze my phone for 5 minutes not even letting me force restart it Never installing again Terrible
Plug your phone in keep the app on without locking he screen turn your phone screen side down be happy If your worried use your regular alarm as backup the first night but this works great and is a nice way to wake up to your favorite spotify playlists I think there are limitations within iOS dont allow rich media notifications without an approval which is why you have to keep the app live Who doesnt plug their phone in at night anyway though If you cant plug it in use your regular alarm its that simple Works great
Really useful app if you have Spotify premium Works great for me and I love the fade in option Also no battery draining issues for me Great way to wake up
IT DOES NOT EVEN WORK so frustrated that I wasted my time on this app DO NOT DOWNLOAD
You can tell the app has a lot of time put in to it considering the polish and even instruction manual but PLEASE make the app work in the background I always listen to music when I sleep so I cant really use this app as it is Almost Perfect
Its not a bad app Its free Everything works well if you fallow the instructions carefully Yes it does drain your battery but why not keep your iPhone plugged in to the wall Its not like its going to run away Why you gotta hate
Not sure why this app is even in the App Store I was unable to do anything even see instructions without the app closing And you cant even lock your screen or it wont work If only there was a zero star rating

Hello iPhone 6 user here Ive been using this useful app since November 2014 I use the alarm every night its really helped me out and I dont even touch the alarm preinstalled on the iPhone anymore But with the recent update with the version on the iPhone 6 Im afraid Ive encountered a very obnoxious bug Whenever the alarm goes off now it will just play the first few seconds of a song before skipping to the next random song on the playlist and then does it again Please fix this I love the app though A bug in the new update
I tried it out but every time I try to set it up when the alarm time I set it for comes around it does nothing but bring up a notification saying cannot play track please enter a track URL But gives me no option to do anything of the sort The only think I could think of doing was trying to set it to a different spotify playlist but that didnt work either I tried several different playlists ones that I had downloaded and ones that I had not and I tried them with spotify both open at the same time and closed Nothing worked and there is nothing in the included manual about entering a URL Cant get it to work
Needs work Deleting for now Let me know when its a good app Good idea
