Perhaps the worst mail client available Cant perform simple functions on forwarded or replied emails such as edit forwarded emails cut and paste recipients search for and forward emails etc Please get better UI designersit really is horrible     Id give it 0 stars if I could

Another update and still complete garbage At least before the update it worked 1 out of 10 tries Now it just crashes as soon as I open the app Cmon really     Really

The GUI is functional and I would rate the app three stars on how intuitive it is to use but the performance is horrid Regardless of LTE or WIFI connection the transition from native iOS mail calendar and contacts is extremely painful I understand the security benefits but its faster to put my phone down and bootconnect with my laptop defeating the purpose of the device     Poor performance

It does everything I need it to do and has some nice additional features                 Better than most enterprise email clients

It clears after I put my password It is work email and I cant use it     Terrible

This app has been recently improved with certain fixes Adding cal entries viewing attachments at the top of an email rather than the bottom which is found on native iOS email Moving email into folders exporting contacts into native contacts app Speed and usability has been dramatically improved Since my org is testing this vs native email I am actually starting to use Inbox more If these improvements continue I may just replace my native email altogether              Much improved

Frustrating and buggy Too slow and the notifications are gone again     Zero stars

We have begun using the app for a day or two on multiple devices and the app appears to work well Not experiencing any issues We are able to forward emails from the sent folder as well as other folders Appears to be functional and works well Will continue to test and hope that it will contine to work as described              Airwatch inbox

As of the 20Jan2015 update the app no longer works It will open and prompt for passcode then tease me with a splitsecond image of my inbox before crashing and exiting PLEASE FIX THE APP     Latest update has bricked the app

It was ok until the recent update As soon as I type in my password I am back at my home screen If it wasnt for the fact that I have to use this for work I would delete it and forget it     Frustrating

It has only worked twice for me Locked up with just blue screen and trademark and never goes to mailbox     Horrible

The newest version of the Inbox breaks your ability to enter any data into the USERNAME field and renders the Inbox completely useless Ive opened a ticket with AirWatch on 121014 Hopefully they fix quickly     DO NOT DOWNLOAD UPDATE 21

I am the VP of IT at a local bank and chose Airwatch for its dashboard features back end and for its likable GUI However the deployment of this app has been a nightmare for my staff Constant crashes lack of real notifications delayed response back to the serverGood is free we pay per user for this I expected alot more Canceling our contract for this product maybe it will be better when it catches up to Good     IT nightmare

In general works but I would not rely on it Calendar Does not update changes to single occurrences for series events Still shows all the initial repeating events Even when you delete one Almost missed my meeting cause it did not show the time for the updated occurrence Notifications are unreliable Cant accept meeting without notification Go button does not consistently work during log on Settings are hidden and only available from inbox folder view Icons on the iPad for mail address and calendar are hard to see Update iPad version does not work for me after ios9 Launch the freeze           Needs some work

Ive tried this out for 2 weeks and so far Im not impressed I miss the Outlook app for iOS Email doesnt show up on this app sometimes even though its there For example Ill check my email on my laptop and see a handful of unread emails from earlier that never popped up on the phone Im slowly discovering minor features that are missing yet very helpful to have1 You cant go into your Sent folder and resend or forward an email from there 2 You cant format text italicize bold underline etc Trying to stay openminded as I keep testing the app        Giving it a try not a fan so far

Version 24 is a lot faster and fixed a lot of issues                 Great

Help The app does not work at all and crashes at the home screen Need to use this app Updated to latest version and reset phone App still crashes on startup and cannot do anything     Please fix

Email only syncs one folder your inbox It does not support nesting for conversation threads Shortest mail sync frequency is 15 minutes After opening a message you cannot view next email without first closing current message Calendar is read only You cannot accept create or modify appointments Appointment view is limited to one day at a time Contacts cannot be created or modified Cannot select phone number to dial a contact If selecting to send message to a user it does not work When sending email to user it takes several seconds to get area to type message     Not ready for prime time

This app should have never made it out if Beta The support guys will even tell you they only released it so AirWatch could say the had a containerized inbox offering     Horrible Inbox App

update Please save me from this disaster of an app I literally lose productivity from this app I hate my employer for doing this to us At least Good worked Came from a company using Good technology and I will say I miss good This piece of junk is slower than slow UI is a major headache and calendaring is a poor excuse for enterprise ready I typically have to go to my laptop and open outlook to do anything now Way to go IT Buy it just because the big guys own them now     Junk

Very frustrating it will work a whole day then blow up the next Cant roll this pos out It only gets a extra star for potential otherwise one star        Its great When it works

We were struggling to find a solution which would allow our end users to access company data on their personal devices We wanted to give the access but we were worried about our company data falling prey to malicious activity on their devices We turned to the AirWatch Inbox for secure containerized access This allows our end users to get easy access to the data they need and our IT staff can sleep well at night knowing the data is encrypted and protected against outside threats The rollout was cinch 3000 devices in 1 month Users are happy The whole project was a success                 BYOD Success

I cant imagine any IT department would force their users to use this absolutely terrible AirWatch is not an option for BYOD Only MDM for corporate owned devices     Terrible

Push notifications are nonexistent with the new version If that gets fixed the app is great but still needs some improvement Conversation threads and display settings for the inbox would be nice        Push Broken

This app will not run in my iPhone 5S 64gb     Incompatible

The UI and user experience in this app is atrocious The vendor needs to put a great deal of effort into fixing this because the solution is subpar compared to the competition No touchID integration push notifications are practically useless folder navigation is difficult the calendar view isnt convenient etc Really just an overall disappointment I expected much more VMware needs to invest in this product if they expect it to be their flagship MDMBYOD product     Awful

I have been seeing more crashes on startup after entering PIN than previous versions On relaunch of the app everything is fine When not crashing works well        Works well but crash prone

Update 82015 I decided to reinstall the app and give it another shot Still a one star piece of crap I set my profile up and boom I finally got push notifications for email but theyre 1 min behind the native active sync in the mail app Okay I thought maybe I can live with that The next email alert was 9 minutes delayed then nothing for the email after that Poof and just like that push notifications ceased to exist again Still a piece of crap app Dec 2014 This app is pathetic that I dont even use it anymore It is a known issue to Airwatch that this app doesnt push email to iOS 8 devices yet ios 8 has been out for a few months already and they still dont have a fix for it Pretty embarrassing for the development team now under VMWare I cant imagine VMWare software being so crappy In the meantime Ill stick to the native iOS exchange server connections for email and calendar     Buggy No iOS push notifications

The 21 update has been nothing but problems for my iPhone 4 Ive been working with my IT department who have been working with AirWatch for over a month now and they havent been able to solve the problem Every three days or so the Login screen loses my username greys out the username field and thus wont allow me to login The only way to solve this problem is to delete Airwatch Inbox have my IT department repush my profile and reload the Inbox App This fix lasts for about three days and then the system drops me out again Many of the other iPhone users in my company are having similar problems     Absolutely Awful

I only use this because it is required Attachments rarely work and the app crashes constantly     Terrible

I am unable to send emails They are getting stuck in outbox and shows no content This app is horrible for work email management Please fix this     App needs another update

Version 21 has significant issues I started having to enter my Exchange password just about every time I open this worthless app I cant believe that this app wont store your authentication details or should I say intermittently stores them for a while On several occasions I repeatedly try to enter my password to no avail and end up having to restart my iPhone to make it work On my iPad 2 it simply will not recognize my password at all In essence I cant read my email on the iPad anywhere anymore I cannot believe that a company like AirWatch would allow such a piece of garbage to be released     Alerts not working consistently

Product works about 60 of the time Constantly kicking me back to my home screen Wouldnt use if another option was allowed at work        Air watch crashes
