The new AGRIplot app version 2.0.1 has been updated on 2014-11-18. The Apple Store includes a very useful feature that will check if your device and iOS version are both compatible with the app. Most iPhone and iPad are compatible. App works ok but needs a major revamp it s hard to hit the plus button to add way point bouncing in a ATV mapping fields it would be nice if that button was away from everything else     Works Ok Crop Guy

Was walking out a 20 acre plot with about boundry points and then it started crash Wouldn t stay running at all Also when adding a picture to a point those pictures don t populate my photo library so those pictures are basically lost Mostly annoyed that i couldn t properly finish my plot Standing in the woods trying to keep this app from crashing after spending a lot of time trying to the land plotted was really annoying     Annoyed Scoleri

After the latest update the tools and features are present to work but the map is blank like a road map only so it makes the app useless now as you use the app to plot and measure land not roads so not having a satellite view in the map makes it totally useless     Used to work well Me34567

I ve mapped a lot of fields with this app the past few years but have run into some issues Plot Projects covers the title so you can t edit it Previous versions didn t have this issue Only way to get out of the description box and save is to click in the title box Can t edit description unless it s a new plot after that you re stuck because you can t click in the title box covered by plot projects Please please fix these issues There s no contact info to address issues Acres aren t exact but pretty close most of the time Other than that it s easy to use and you can send a pdf of the map to your email             Easy to use but a few bugs FieldWanderer

Almost didn t buy this due to the recent ratings I figured I d give it a try for the price I drove the perimeter of all of my hay fields It worked flawlessly I knew the acreage of the fields from the fertilizer truck GPS and it was very close I will definitely use this a lot                     Works Great For Me Smokin Gator

Use it to calculate how many acres each pasture is I then use it to calculate how much fertilize I need to apply to a given area Also use it to see how many acres I have applied herbicide over I had a rough idea how many acres each area is and it seems to be in ballpark                 Serves purpose garnert69

This app has worked well most of the time I use it We have a 5acre place in the tropics and surveying marking tree and plant positions have been very useful Sometimes need to wait to get good GPS fix especially in heavy tree coverage if you don t wait you will get VERY inaccurate points but they are easy to delete from your data It would be nice if it would display GPS accuracy when placing a point Well worth the 0 99                 Farm ChuckManila

Read the reviews prior to purchase and was hesitant I thought for 99 what did I have to lose Worked very well for plotting all points of my previously surveyed property Once I worked with it a while it was simple and concise The map and locations saved were easily sent to my e mail for printing Once it picked a location down in the mid Atlantic though Don t know why but by marking the point with a flag deleting the point I was able to correct it I tried a couple of other apps as well but for under a buck I thought this did a great job                     Landowner Flaten flyer

Having walk around an area I know to be well over 8 acres when I look at the plot it showed all the pins I dropped while walking the area it should have at least showed a rectangular field but no it showed all the pins in a line and 0 acres Which basically means its a worthless app It doesn t even do what it should do The is no support for this app no developer to email or talk to I could write a better app and I wouldn t release it until it worked but then I ve never been a rip off artist     Worthless Pdq70

This is great I just bought a house with five acres in the woods I was able to survey my property with my phone One acre in the front four out back I did notice that the GPS can sometimes take 5 or more seconds to zero in on my exact location but it was well worth the delay Besides I get the same delay when using the iPhone s built in map and the 30 golfing app I ve got Really looking forward to seeing how this app develops over time Lots of potential here UPDATE Look my wish was fulfilled My request below was added One suggestion It would be cool to be able to drop non calculating pins on my map e g the location of my septic tank points along the creek in the back woods etc                     Powerful Pinpoint Plotting cmyktaylor

I have no idea why everyone is complaining but I had one crash and it still saved my work I was able to plot my acreage in 15 minutes and honestly people this is 99 Any comparable software would be 100x the price Some people would complain about anything If you people have any idea the hard work in getting accuracy to 500 ft when the maps are done aerial or satellite you wouldn t complain You do understand pilots fly within spec of 100ft and distance can never be 100 when the distance above ground or the camera s lens cannot be specified People complaining should honestly just be quiet unless you have any idea of the depth of work required and hours which I can assure for 1 00 will never be paid for I rate this 5 stars and I truly hope that the bad reviewers here won t stop this developer from continuing his work The only single addition I would like to see would be the ability to manually edit long lat which may be available I have only spent a short time with the app Edit There were no issues at all on the IPhone 5 OS6 0 1 The crash I mentioned was on the IPad 4                     Works great KevinHatfield-SOC

This year I bought a 100 acre farm in VA there are cultivated fields a pond and wooded areas as well as some wet lands This program works great for exploring and getting the lay of the land Distances between points works great for utility planning and area is great for calculating fertilizer etc                     Agriplot Dinks00
