I ve come to depend on the app over the years whenever I have days that are jam packed with non scheduled tasks The app helps me visualize how long things will take and the best sequence for completing the tasks errands etc The updates have all had nice improvements The only other feature that would be nice would be the ability to build an agenda backwards from an end time rather than just forwards from a start time                 Great for planning jam packed days Fabgabulous

I love how it automatically changes the times involved when I easily rearrange an item Duration is simple to adjust I can Duplicate it for the next week then tweak the Title Date etc It saves automatically the person above must have inadvertently skipped to the next blank page I use the Share option through the Image choice to my inbox then print it It has been a great time saver and looks neat God bless the creator of such a helpful APP                     Superiority JudithHM

So I made my agenda which looked really good and then I went out of the app to do something else When I came back to Agenda to add some times and dates all my information was gone So this App is totally pointless     Not good Spangle56

I have been using Agenda as a planning app for my various events for over a year I find Agenda to be clear fluid and complete Using Agenda has helped me through my planning processes much more rapidly than before In future versions it would be great to see Dropbox compatibly and OPML import and export Great app                     Agenda is Excellent Rbwyatt

Tried it on a meeting on the fly without amy previous use of the program Was able to get it up and running in no time very intuitive interface After the meeting had all the notes loaded and to my colleagues in no time Great Would like to see things other review have indicated previously did not like having the agenda item always tracked to time Also it was cumbersome to alter the time e g from 30 min to 15 min And someone has suggested checkboxes for completed items Anyway if those things get integrated into the program definitely a 5 star program As it stands it s still very useful just be aware that it s tied to a running clock                 Very easy to use would like to see more features R1chieR1ch

Agendas are a pain to create because changing one item means changing everything Agenda does all the changes for you Really sweet While I can email the agenda to others they cannot read the notes This makes the app somewhat incomplete There seems to be NO WAY to delete an agenda Why not I love the potential of this app but hate the fact that it crashes far too often and loses content                 One of my favorites Sombutnotal

This is more of an hour by hour day planner and not much of an agenda maker for a team meeting It crashes way too much to even be a good planner Waste of 1 Wish I could have put that money toward a better app like Agendas         Too basic hadasha.snow

Creating an agenda should mean following a format for more than just ad hoc or casual meetings Should be a way to develop templates Some meetings require recording attendee names for quorum some require a particular order in which to take up matters templates will save lots of time So make it possible to create templates         Too basic GraceOM

While the design of this app is somewhat basic it s still very practical for what it does You can create agendas faster in this app than in a word processor Also like how you can export to HTML and PDF Would like it though if there were an option to include notes and meeting assignments in the export                 Very practical Bakari C

This is a great app I am using it to plan a week long teen camp and it is perfect The app had a small glitch and I reported it assuming I would never hear from them To my suprise I hear from them later that evening I gave them the details and bam The new version fixes the bug an looks great The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because anything can get better I would add a couple more features but that is just for my needs so that may not apply to everyone It does enough to be great just as it is I m just dreaming a little Awesome job Worth every penny and more                 Awesome app Teen Leader

Used this app to help schedule a workshop training in which we had three workshops and six presenters in each session Really liked the email and export feature to email out to my department heads The best feature is that it really helps with time management of event planning My 100 event was a success Only wish is that I could make sub agendas with each agenda item but great app                 Cool App for event planning Shifu Ryan

Hello I think is a great start for an agenda app but it need to have the ability to create sub agenda tasks or allow the notes to be shown The main topics give little description as to what will will discussed I would like to be able to provide more than just the title Thanks             Great App cacmk5

I like the idea of this app and it seems to work with the exception of not being able to set the start time of an agenda item I may just not be figuring it out I can change duration and color of an entry but not when the item starts I tried to find a way to contact the dev to ask but this wasn t clear either Without the ability to set a start time this app is useless to me If I m just missing how to do it someone please let me know         Can t set start times Jillsiet
