This game is great and I was equally disappointed to find my game lost after the update I contacted the support via the website and they asked that I wait patiently so their staff could remedy my problem They then responded to a later email informing me how to retrieve my account ALL IS WELL Ask and you may get yours back I love this game update I guess not many who lost their accounts got them back or cared enough continue I have left my account for months because I have found other games The biggest problem here is that the game freezes waaaaay too much The support was prompt when I contacted them and they worked hard to fix my situation but I think they are losing players due to the glitchiness and lack of change in content I really liked this game a lot Too bad though it was a fun ride when it worked well                 Email support via website

Above says it all game crashes on me several times in one play session Constantly need to restart it Fix it and it would be 5 stars in my book Restarting all the time is just exhausting                 Love the game hate the crashes

I give it a 9 out of 10 Its pretty awesome The one thing that would make it better is if you got to move the arrows around when attacking so you could choose to attach a differs person Sometimes just moving the character doesnt cut it                 Fun game

Wonderful game However every update on iPhone causes issues with game so it cant be played More annoying than fun     Great but plagued with problems

This game freezes way too much for it to be any fun I didnt experience this bad until lvl 10 So if you dont have patients with games that freeze then this is not the game for you     Frozen is a good name for this game

There are plenty of things to do while you have energy but kinda drags when you run out Only been playing a week good way to pass the time though Ive already hit a wall The game freezes a lot my guild mates and I havent been able to log in all afternoon Giving it 3 stars since its been barely playable for the last day or so update Been playing for a few months and Ive pretty much maxed out what I can do in this game Still fun but doing the same things daily gets old Definitely not enough content Contrary to what some say you dont have to spend real money it just takes some time to advance My old server was dying then we merged with 2 others which now seems to be dying again Too many people lost their accounts or lost interest it seems Its really not a bad game but doesnt have much of a future with no new storyline and yes the energy usagerecharge imbalance is quite annoying           Pretty decent game

This is a good game but the game makers are insanely greedy You would think after youve spent 100 dollars on an iPhoneiPad game it would become much easier Heck a PS4 game is 65 bucks Not so with this game Even if you spent thousands they will eventually merge your world with one with bigger players so that all youve worked towards is gone unless you to spend more The energy system is horrid you will use up all your energy in 30 minutes once youre over a certain level When that happens your again forced to spend more money The game makers do nothing to make this game better for the players thats why so many people leave No expansion packs no significant prizes no new characters VIP levels in a game should actually mean something making the game give your good customers less every time you update is a horrible business model That is why so many people have stopped giving you money Try to think long term investmentreward No reward means investmentregret and players leave the game never to give your greedy company another penny           Good game but greedy game makers

Always locking up have tried multiple devices and it gets a spin of death that makes you wait for months if you dont restart DO NOT DOWNLOAD Horrid customer support that takes forever and their only advice is delete and reinstall Im in the top 200 on the server after a few merges Yes The games server dies frequently because of errors I will also be contacting Apple about their behavior and game errors     Horrible game stay away

If u dont get the blank screen most ppl get you will lose your in app purchases like most ppl did The new update still doesnt work UPDATE I have decided to erase this game Months of getting blank screen still there after new update and no support They just want to get your money and forget about about you     Crap that doesnt work
