This would be a great app but everytime I start to read an article the app will shut off after about 30 seconds        Shuts down

This app crashes each time I hit the back button after reading an article Please fix ASAP        Good thing its free

BEWARE The latest version removed the TRAFFIC CAM link Whats worse you cant go back to the old version Removed and moved on        Traffic

Would love it if you would bring back the schoolbusiness closing tab you had last year Saw the report on it once but didnt add it as favorite and couldnt find it again This site is not easy to navigate Also needs a good search feature        School closings tab

Where is the traffic Traffic updates disappeared        No traffic reports

I work outdoors so I used the animated radar anytime the skies darkened The radar in the new app is pitiful I will have to use the channel 3 when the skies darken now     Bad App

I hate this new version Wont updat correctly Sends me new notices tht cant be found after opening the page It crashes lots Wish I had not upgraded Im using channel 3 news now     Older version was better

Every time I read an article and then hit the back button on the top of the page the app shuts down If this could be fixed it would be a great app from what I have seen Please fix this bug ASAP           So far not good

They must have revamped because this app is awesome Breaking news updates pop up as they happen You never have to wait for the news to air to read full stories You will be alerted to breaking news before you even see a promo for the segment air on tv The stories are constantly updated and everything is in an easy to read format                 Great app

A statement in the previous app made a claim regarding Google sharing availability in this app There is no such feature in this version frown           Works okay but the claimed G integration unavailable

You cant read a news article or watch a video clip without being forced to view an advertisement anymore     Bombarded with ads

First off the app is pretty well designed However I downloaded this app to get alerts of live or uptodate news stories happening in Memphis But the majority of all these stories are depressing murders crimes robberies etc Where is the good news at Its way too depressing to look down at your phone 510x a day and find out some one was robbed shot and murdered Your reporters need to get out in the community and dig a little deeper for those diamonds in the rough Investigate and help grow small business or something Expose the good in this world instead of exploiting the negative Thank you           Depressing

This is a bad and not in a good way app Performs poorly crashes news stories are just teasers for the news cast looks like it was created by someone with very little knowledge of app development sends breaking news alerts when there is absolutely nothing about the story on the app The first app was great Another example of fixing something that wasnt broken in the first place Ill be looking at other local news apps to replace this one When you restore the old one or put up something better than this Ill take a look Ch 5 is better than this     BAD APP WHY

This app never works Says no internet connection Or pull it up and nothing shows It just sits there with a blank screen Deleted and reinstalled and still didnt fix it     Action News 5 app

Stop supporting cop killers and making every issue about race and maybe Ill download the app again Joe Ursula and Dave are great but I can no longer support such antics     Anti Police

Radar map is really small but the news is good and accurate              Could have done better but its good

Old stories left on too long Right now there are three copies of the same story on there        Not updated often

The app is not bad for checking news and it performs fairly well on my phone What I dont like are how many ads are in it I dont mind the ones on the main screen but the ones in the article are too easy to click on when trying to scroll the article and they take up so much space its almost like trying to read sentence by sentence           Too many ads

Ive used this for a long time and love it but after the last upgrade I just noticed that the future cast button is gone I used that whenever theres a chance of rain in my area     What happened to future cast on map

What they dont show in the app preview pictures is that when reading articles there is an advertisement banner taking up a good chunk of the screen And theyre advertising themselves If Im using the Channel 5 app why do they think I need to see ads about channel 5 So childish        Why the ads

Ive had the new version of this app for months now Like most reviewers I liked the older version better I thought I would give it some time and allow myself to acclimate to the changes Guess what Im still wishing for the old version The lay out is bad and I miss not seeing Andys restaurant score card        Wheres Andys restaurant score card

Its slow and glitchy and the layout is substandard        OK

I cant make it fully download It wont tell me breaking news My friend sitting beside me in a restaurant got breaking news and mine would just say cant connect to network Everything else connected to the network When it will give me breaking news all I get is the headline wont go to a full story Now Im trying to download the new improved version and of course it wont download Coworker had to download five times at least hers works now The old version was SO MUCH BETTER     Doesnt work on my phone

At first nothing came up on my screen but after syncing my phone it worked perfectly fine Im really loving this new app Its so great and convenient                 Thank you
