Action Figure Collector

I have never bought an app without reviews until this one Im a little disappointed I was expecting quite a bit from 10 dollars I would rather stick with the website A few bugs in the app too Definetly a 5 dollar app though edit I had 3 stars and now Im going to 1 This app is junk 10 is outrageous Does not work I took a half hour recently to update my list and when I look at my collection its blank Too many figures are put in multiple times Hardly any pictures of action figures Laziest production value of any app Newest Edit march 2012 Junk Cant even log in without errors I want my 10 bucks back Scam artists     Pretty large price tag

The only way to add things inside I the app is to search which makes trying to add figures via a particular series very hard unless you search each figure Overall this app needs a lot of work before its something I would say serious collectors can use effectively     Nearly no features

I think this is a great app if youre a big collector like me there is nothing else out like this for us collectors just the photo upload feature alone is worth the cost of admission this literally saves me HOURS over what I have to post my items to sell on eBay buy this app if youre serious about collecting                 Im diggin it

It gets me upset when developers make garbage app in an attempt to take money from people and not even make a working product Pull this garbage from the app store its nothing but a waste of space     Garbage app dont waste your time

I thought the web site was pretty good but this app for the iPhone makes it all ROCK I have my whole collection and wish list with me and the camera option works great Worth every penny I cant believe how fast the search is either                 Awesome app for action figure collectors

This app has the worst search function Ive ever seen The app also seems to lack alot of figures The price is extremely over price for what it does This app needs alot of work to even function properly The app functions like something it would in alpha testing     Crap app

No support for newer devices Will not pay for subscription until app is updated     iPhone 5 and iPad

Yes RedLaser SDK does cost money to deploy in your app but there are open source alternatives available like ZBar This app is completely useless to me without it If I had the ability to batch scan the hundreds of carded figures Id pony up for a paid account on your site     No barcode reader in iOS

Ya I found this looked pretty cool Once you DL it though youre then told that you look at pictures in absolutely no order but to do anything else you not only have to pay but you have to pay 2495 not only 2495 but 2495 a year REALLY Pretty well a worthless app dont waste your time BTW the 5 star reviewers are obviously in with the creators of the app No one in their right mind would rate this as 5 stars     Lame

I havent had any problems Its a fun app to have and the website aint bad either                 No complaints here

I havent had any problems with the app While it can be viewed as being a little pricey I like having all of my collection in one place It makes filling holesneeds much easier                 Love this app

In concept this is a very good application Users can search from a database of hundreds of thousands of action figures of all stripes throughout the years Users can catalog and manage these toy figures through the use of the Dash Service           Action Figure Collector

Im not sure what this app does I thought it would sync with my online account and then allow me to add additional figures to my collection by taking photos Seems you need to pay 10 to get that to work so this is a misleading app Its not really free Im deleting app and online account and finding another way to track even if I have to use a spreadsheet     What does this actually do

Complaints This app is for syncing TO Not FROM You must be an Action Figure Dash website member this app does not stand alone Using this app you cant add any items to you collection add items to your want list or edit your collection in any way except to add photos from your iPhone When you open the first time your prompted to login no explanation of why its necessary There is not even a registration system in the app itself You have to do everything on the website For 10 this is very limited value in this application I think the overly glowing reviews are misleading and do not really represent this app well While having a reference in your pocket is nice you can just go to their website and save your money All this adds to anything is the ability to streamline your photo taking process to get photos to the Action Figure Dash website I do not recommend this application for any level of collector        Misleading and disappointing Few features and High Price

In order to use this app you need to subscribe to the Collector Dash website which costs 2495 a year Then you have to purchase the app for 999 If you dont want to pay the 25year this app is completely useless Dont bother     Requires 2 purchases

Worked great at first Then just stopped opening up Repeated emails to company with no response I use the website about once a week but regret paying ten bucks for app        Collector

Really cool app that allows u to keep track of your collection by searching up items adding them to your owned or wanted list It also gives u updated info of new releases I highly recommend this epic app to collectors ONLY                 Best app EVAR

I thought this App along with its associated website would help me organize my sizeable figure collection I even paid for the increased benefit package which is a recurring yearly charge Wow after spending countless hours of watching tutorials and trying to wrangle the record system of this socalled database I finally sent an email for support I never got a response and again sent another requesting a partial refund and a stop to the recurring charges Still to this day nothing The major issue besides being one of the most unprofessional websites I have dealt with is that the database doesnt update your records correctly nor handles the photos correctly I have spent many hours attempting to work around all the bugs and unintuitive UI of this system but with no avail Please if you want to waste your time updating data that may or may not get saved correctly then more power to you I strongly suggest that you dont opt for the subscription option as it feels very fraudulent I hope this helps anyone to avoid the mistakes I made     Dont waste your time or money

This is the best site I have ever seen for collectors it has everything I want to personally thank the guys and gal at DASH for this great site for collectors                 Collector heaven

10 dollars Piece of crap almost all the collection apps out there are like this oneI give it a thumbs down     I dont take crap from my app
