The worst experience with an app I do understand that people who make apps have to get paid that s why all apps can t be free I ve purchased the subscribtion realized the tests weren t what I needed wanted to reverse the process and unsubscribe Here s where the problem started They say you can cancel it through the app which I tried to do and it didn t work Went to the developer s website sent multiple emails and they were all ignored As I noticed from the previous reviews the developer answers in a passive aggressive manner that they didn t get any emails regarding the issue Which is a lie Many people tried to unsubscribe and it was close to impossible I didn t know that there was a way to scam people through the app that s sold in AppStore but this one made it possible After being charged three times I had to contact Apple Support in order to unsubscribe Professionals there helped me to do so Oh and also they say there will be a link in your email which you can unsubscribe with but I haven t gotten one email from them Read the reviews before you purchase The app has now 15 reviews and ALL of them are negative The app shouldn t be in AppStore Or the developers should change the way they re doing business     If there was a 0 star review I would give it a 0 Прога супер

You sign up for the 7 day for 99 then it doesn t tell you they will continue charging you So if you don t pay attention you pay them x10 times or so Honestly didn t even work well the questions were all the same If you want to be stuck paying for them after you no longer need them go for it Trust me it s impossible to figure out how to get them to stop stealing your money     DONT GET IT Jordannnnnnnnnk

I m transferring colleges this year and needed an updated accuplacer test done I decided to give this app a try despite the bad reviews of it Although the questions did help me brush up on the math problems like I wanted There was nowhere in the app to unsubscribe once you were finished I ended up being charged for an extra week of use when I didn t need it In the privacy policy on the app it says you can unsubscribe via a link in the newsletter which I did not receive despite giving them my email They also claim that they would get back to you within a Few hours at most 7 days a week I emailed them a few times thinking that my first emails didn t go through I never was able to get into contact with them and eventually called apple customer service who were very helpful in walking me through how to unsubscribe from Allen Prep Overall the experience was a negative one when dealing with Allen prep And I definitely wouldn t ever recommend them to someone else I think next time I need to brush up on my math I ll use Khan Academy instead it s free and doesn t waste your time and money like Allen Prep     Don t subscribe to this app Thepersonwhowatchesyousleep
