Absolute Beginner French for iPad

I just completed all 25 lessons using only this iPad app Yes they want you to go sign up for more at their website but using this app you get 25 complete lessons where you can do the following Listen to each well done lesson about 15 minutes each Each lesson has a dialogue that is explained with focus on vocab grammarstructure and cultural info The hosts are great a native French speaker and an American They tell you how French is actually spoken today Very helpful You can also click on specific parts of the dialogue and specific words to repeat them and listen closer at your own pace You can read all of the lesson notes It is part of this app Conjugations of verbs etc I listened to one lesson a day at breakfast Worked well Got through them all in about a month and I feel like I learned a lot Each one built on previous lessons Im going to repeat all 25 lessons Might have been better for me to practice in between lessons but it was fun barreling through them I wish their other lessons were available on iPad too instead of just on their website Their website subscription is a little pricey              25 great lessons

My review was removed so I am resubmitting it I am not sure if bad reviews are supposed to be removed but I do not want someone else being sucked into buying this app Sneaky business No interactive functioning They suggest you go to their website which claims you can sign on for a free lifetime membership Once you sign on they send an email that asks you to confirm your acceptance of a free 7day trial Dont trust them I did The rest of the story is that the 10 App is a front The membership fee online is 180 per year The App itself only provides the reading of and listening to people speaking French with no hands on lessons to practice     RussDawg
