Cloud backup is a must!

by J Dhabi Don`t get me wrong tickets are a great reward system but they need to make videos worth a tad more. Most importantly have CLOUD backup of your videos!! I have multiple (5) iPads and iPods and hate that I can`t transfer video purchases to my other devices. This lack of a feature knocks it down 2 stars in my book. Amazing videos though!!! My students love them.

**UPDATE**

I bought an in app purchase for videos and tried downloading them and they are unplayable. All I get is a black screen. Will be requesting a refund. This is why cloud backup of videos needs to be implemented because if I delete the app and try to re-download the videos, I will have to repay to unlock the previously purchased videos. 1 star!

Apple remedied my issue. I`m back to being a satisfied customer. But I still advocate for cloud support in future versions.
