Ive had this app on my phone for a few months My 25 year old loves it But today when he was playing the ticket wheel freezes the whole thing It seems as though this is a problem a lot of people are having Also an ad pops up in the middle of the songs for a new app The song continues to play but you cant close this window You also cant click the no thanks or the download now buttons I have to close down the app but it just pops up in the middle of the next song we try Easily a 5star app once the issues get fixed Fun but have to restart a lot
The songs are GREAT Ive used them at home with my toddler and in my classroom with my preschoolers I had to reset my iPad and poof all of my songs are gone I see this is a big problem but Im still confused why no one has fixed it yet Songs gone
I used this app when I was a nanny I think it was very influential at helping a 1 year old learn her ABCs before she could talk I have another app that asks you to touch the correct letter she was awesome at it However some new videos would be great Great app but new videos would be great

We love to sit there and listen to these songs and even make up our own words We laugh for hours some days with these crazy little songs The only problem is every time you supposed to get bonus tickets and it says spin the ticket wheel you never see a ticket wheel You must restart the app If not for that it would be a 5 star app They really should fix the ticket wheel All great except 1 thing
I purchased all of the songs with money and when my daughter deleted the app by mistake I redownloaded the app to find that my money was wasted and that I would have to either obsessively watch them again for tickets or repay for the videos I decided to do neither and to not renew my ABC Mouse subscription until I am repaid Thieves

I would not hesitate to give this app 5 stars if it werent for one issue which unfortunatelyis a big one to me I am a member of ABC Mouse and find it highly frustrating that I have to spend additional money for this app Even if I sucked it up and spent the money the money spent is not portable across devices In fact if for any reason you have to deletereinstall this app your money is lost There is zero reason for this to be a glitch in this day and age so it leaves a bad taste in my mouth Beware of this before you buy Excellent app however

There needs to be a restore for videos that you have either paid for or earned My son has watched all the videos and earned all but 3 letters and the new app on my new iPad is making him do it all over again He is completely heartbroken This need to be fixed I pay for ABC Mouse and I should be able to use my login to save his progress on this app just like I can with the other one 3 stars until you add a restore

This is a great app My only complaint is that I dont think I should have to keep paying for the videos for each of my devices We have one iPad with all the videos and my other iPads only have a few videos because I dont want to have to pay 5 bucks per device Yes I am being cheap Lol We even made a Spotify playlist with these songs My kids love them My kids love these songs
This app is awesome My son under 2 loves the songs and when my 6 year old niece came over she was also obsessed with this app My only complaint but kind of a big one is that theres no restore purchase option I bought 500 tickets on my old iPad and my son earned enough tickets for another 10 videos but when that iPad broke I had no way to get those videos back on my new iPad I also cant share the videos between my devices iPad and iPhone Great for all ages
My grandson loves the app and I had the whole alphabet when it locked up Like everybody I deleted and reloaded and have lost the alphabet and my remaining tickets Please fix so that purchases can be restored After that I would rate a 5 Need a restore purchases
They watch it everyday in the car The songs arent very annoying to adults either The only reason why I didnt give it a perfect score is because my kids spent 50 hard earned tickets on the letter T and it refuses download I sent a message to abc mouse and all their response was we are working on letter T No effort to make it right Hopefully they get it working soon My kids are obsessed with this app

My just turned 4 year old loves the songs She knows all of her letters but is still working on lowercase so this is very helpful She gets immensely frustrated however when the ticket wheel tells her to spin and it isnt even on the screen We have to close the app and reopen She is autistic so this leads to a unnecessary emotional battle Please please fix this problem Greataccept the ticket wheel
My 22 month old son LOVES the songs except for L But he loves this app it is a go to when he just needs to settle down The ticket wheel seems to mess the whole app up which is incredibly annoying Ive also purchased all the tickets for this app about 4 times and every time my son accidentally deletes the app there doesnt seem to be a way to restore the app to the way Ive purchased it to be with all the songs So because of that I am really upset with this app Great except a few things

This is a good learning game for my two year old When we first down loaded the app it had a bonus wheel that she could spin But after the next two upgrades its says theres a wheel but no wheel shows up please fix the bonus wheel We bought the letter S But it wont down load all it says is download pending and if u click on it again it has a screen come up that says now Mt Rushmore is available and freezes Again Mommy of a toddler

I love this app and what it does to help me teach my 4 year old niece I also like the ticket system to give her a reward for learning However the ticket wheel has never showed up and this causes her to become uninterested as I have to close the app and restart it seems to be a problem for a lot of people Honestly I would rather have no wheel if that would fix the problem Thank you for the great app Love it but hate ticket wheel

While the 3 videos I can actually access are great I paid for all of them and they wont download Contacted customer support and have received no response and then they wanted me to review this and give it 5 stars Right Will update my review if I ever get a resolution Update videos now download but I had to pay twice due to the technical errors Customer service is annoying and clunky all done through their website and they are unable to do anything on their end So no more stars which is too bad because the videos are cute if youre willing to risk whether the app will work or not Titles wont download and no customer service
