Ab Workouts Pro

If u try to readjust the speed of the workouts the app will quit and wont even let u access the work out when u re open Please address this issue Its very inconvenient This app was excellent before Thats why paid for the pro version Fix this issue ASAP     This app used to be awesome Last version crashes

Im 14 and this app works Its my first day using it I run 3 miles a day and do other workouts with upper body and legs But this app really works your abs There are some very difficult exercises but overall its a great app Im looking forward to using it                 Good app

I have been using the app for several months with great results The ad doesnt bother me because it is only on startup and I dont break my routine for ANYTHING BUT it has developed a bug and have not gotten any response from the developer via email On one of the workouts Express Abs the app stops on one of the reps and then quits I noticed the other day that it is now doing the same thing on another of the workouts that I use They need to get a fix for this but I have not once seen an update in the 6 months or so I have had the app           Has a bug

This is a app that I have been looking for forever and I have found it I started using it on Friday and wow I am sore from doing about 5 workouts This app is a big help ad for the price right now I would get your hands on it ASAP Trust me you will feel the burn after 20 minutes So get it you wont be disappointed                 Best Workout App Out There

Im am a younger person and I use this app up to 4 times a day its awesome and I started seeing results in about a week and a half its awesome and the ads I could care less about just click out of them u lazy people                 Im 12

As soon as I start a workout it takes it off the menu but continues to play the workout And theres no way of stopping it So now I cant workout thanks to this dumb app    

This app keeps crashing now Make it the way it used to be so I can edit my workouts I dont need 45 sec rests     CRASHING

Honestly great ap but I got the paid version and every time I open the app an advertisement for the other apps opens up I can see that once even once and a while but when I pay for an app I dont want to see advertisements all the time If this doesnt get fixed Im going to use another app Was going to get Arms and Cardio my guess is that they do the same Will give 5 star once fixed     Great App Enough With the Ads

It has a lot of great workouts and shows tutorials The ads dont bother me but they only pop up when the app first loads I definitely recommend it                 I like it

The constant ads on a paid app are ridiculous If you get a calltextemail in the middle of the workout you have to click through the ads again and restart your workout from the beginning Horrible     Too many ads

I have the iPhone 5 and the app seems great but the audio is not working Its frustrating because I have to look at my phone while working out It would be a 5 if this was fixed           Cant hear it

I use this app because I dont have the time to do my usual P90x program I see many of the same exercise components in this app as my P90x so I know this is an app filled with good Ab routines I dont have the ad issues others seem to have                 Highly effective app

I thought this app was amazinggggg and it is a great work out so this has nothing to do with the work out part but i bought the full version and i still get the advertisment evertime i minimize the app while im working out to text someone during the rests and when i do get bk on the person is still going through the warm up even tho it sent me bk to the menu therefor when i try to start a new warm up the voices over lap so DO NOT BUY THIS APP there are better work out apps i will no longer recomend this until they stop doing advertisments on the paid version its absolutley ridiculous this app is terrible     Ridiculous

I used to use this app all the time but I updated it and now it wont open its already been over a month that I havent used it I have the iPod 4th generation but Im soon getting the iPhone 5 I hope its just that it wont work on 4s Anymore and that it will work on the 5     It wont open

Based purely on the exercise programs I would give this app a 5 star review Lots of different exercises that work all the core muscles and it allows you to alter each program by choosing what specific exercises you do how many reps and how many sets As others have mentioned it does have some technical difficulties Every time you open the app you get a popup ad for other applications from this developer This is unacceptable in a paid program I can understand if it popped up every once in awhile but it is currently every time the program is opened I have some of the other programs from this developer and they all do this Another gripe I have which may be related to the first is that when Im in the middle of an exercise program and I switch to something else on the phone text message music the program does not save the spot I was in It defaults back to the beginning and I have to flip through all the exercises to get back to my spot If these two issues were addressed I could confidently give this app 5 stars           Good For the Exercises

The exercises are quite extensive and the ability to produce your own workout is great However I would like to see the ability to maintain your own audio while listening to the workout anatomical charts highlighting the section of the core you are working and finally as mentioned in other comments getting rid of that advertisement when you open the app           Could be better

I paid for this stop insisting I register every time I open it and asking me to buy apps I already bought Stop Please Otherwise great     Would get a five but constant ad is Not ok

Was a good app until the developer starts harassing you with promos for his new apps He hasnt made an update for this one in forever In fact instead of an update for this app he goes off and makes another ab workout app For more money Im guessing If I could get my money back I would Fk you Mike the developer     SPAM

I never mind how this app works just being bothered by ads Mr developer I upgraded my AB Workouts app to Pro to get rid of the advertisements Would you please remove your own advertisements promoting your other products inside that app I get annoyed every time I opened the app being greeted with your own other promotions Any promotional offer is good but make it discreet and concise not a whole face of the page Got it     Annoyed by humongous ads

The popup ads are so frequent that they get in the way of regular use of the app I paid for the app No more ads please I will not buy anymore of your apps until this gets addressed     Nonstop Inapp ads
