3 Sep 2014 Just downloaded on an older iPad with the latest ios Dont have any problems I suspect those that complain the text stops in the middle of a sentence for an article they are reading dont know they need to swipe up or down to get the rest of the text in the viewing field Try it again and dont blame the app Hope this helps Yep gotta learn all those quirks of using an iPad iPhone                 Now I can finally quit getting paper copies

My login from AARPorg which is to work does not on this ap it works for all other apps and login for AARP I even changed PW and that did not work Never had problems with the old publication apps     Cannot login

This is a great app for getting information that matters to us 45 crew Easy to navigate and read                 Great information Easily readable

Not much to say here the AARP Magazine and the AARP Bulletin wont download Tried rebooting my iPad deleting the app reloading it and finally logging out and back in Everything looks good but when you click download it doesnt Then I call the help desk and as you can imagine they were useless The last person I was transferred to said I should report a problem When I told her that that was what I was doing she said it was a section on the app I asked where Because I looked but she had no clue If this is the way they steer seniors through difficult issues Im really not so sure I need AARP At any rate they can continue printing up and mailing out my mags It costs them more and it contributes to the landfills but at least I tried     Mags wont download Help is hopeless

After downloading several issues of the magazine one disappeared from view and cannot be seen or retrieved App seems buggy hopefully this will be fixed soon in an update Very good content though Articles are relevant and interesting        Magazines Disappear After Downloading

Unable to restore previous issues or log in Agree with other customers who wonder why this app was released without proper assessment     Not working at all

Every time I log in I have to reset my password I can then gain access for one login but get an incorrect login or password error message from there on I called in to the help desk and was told to delete and reload the app which I did but it did not resolve the problem Judging from the other reviews the app needs some work Very frustrating     One of the Worst Apps Ever

Does not work Cant log on to my account using my AARP credentials Tried both iPad 4 and iPad mini Interminable wait while the barber bar swirls Old app was much better for accessing the magazine     Horrible application

App is a step backwards from previous apps used to download AARP publications Lessons learned for developers 1 Dont delete access to old until new system is found to work successfully Beta test with seniors your customers 2 Many of your customers use iPads and like to read in landscape They dont all use iPhones Re install capability for landscape 3 Current technological approach is to use passwords with both letters numbers and symbols This app does not allow the use of symbols thereby enabling easier hacking Continuous improvement drives long term success Take the time to evaluate how and why these issues were overlooked in the development stage It will make for a better organization The publication itself is great and very informative        Lessons learned for developers

App will not restore my purchases It doesnt show anything but a grey screen I talked to two people in AARPs customer service was told by the second person that the developers were aware of the problem Now going to see if I can restore through the other two apps that this one was supposed to replace Does anyone do beta testing any more     App not working

The app is useless as it will not log me in I can access the web site fine but the app will not respond Dont know if this has something to do with iOS 71 or not     Unable to use

The new ap is very slow to load and cumbersome to use Not nearly as user friendly as the old ap It gets locked up on the puzzles page and will not let me move to other pages When I click on the help button it turns into a blank white page that I cannot exit Ap is locked so cannot read AARP Publications     New and improved I dont think so

Very disappointed New app starts downloading then bar disappears No new magazine or bulletin I even redownloaded it to no avail Please fix     Does not load magazines

this app drops a star for no landscape mode and another one for the crossword puzzle poor implementation and another one because the first two are minimum requirements for any app of this type so there must be more things that would just irritate me Give me a call when you make it real        No five stars here

Love the publication but why no landscape view It is slow to load but works fairly well after that I may have missed some instructions somewhere but have been unable to save a partially completed crossword puzzle to work on later Love Merles work wish there were a friendlier format and a way to allow a different color for incorrect letters as the puzzle is worked        Mediocre app

I just want to be able to read the publications on my iPad BUT after numerous attempts at creating a member account and then trying to actually log in I have had no luck It either dumps me back to the log in screen or sends me to an Oops Page which tells me to try again later Im not exactly a computer noob here Ive been doing this kind of thing since 1986 How many tries will it take I wonder We may never know     Dont bother

Like other reviewers login DOES NOT work using the login credentials for my currently active account 1 since 0 is not an option     Cant log in

I tried to logon many times without success Then I tried to reset my password I was instructed to look for an email with instructions which I never received I tried to reset my password again Same result I used my laptop to reset my password and that worked Also iPad app will only display in portrait     Terrible app

I have attempted many times to login to this app to no avail I have reset my aarp multiple times The web site and this app are by far the worst I have dealt with Had I known they were this bad I would not have signed up for 3 years of membership Should have known better     This app is worthless

I have been trying to use the AARP app on my Ipad but I cannot sign on I entered my account number and tried different passwords They told me I would get an email but have not received one The old App worked fine and I could download the magazines Am not getting them in the mail Worked fine until I tried using this App Wonder if anyone else is having that problem     Signing on

The AARP app is great I like that it allows me to access articles and stories that help me in various ways from financial advice to medicle updates Its all there           Clip reader
