I get great coupons in my Inbox but when I try to Claim them I get an error message On the superrare occasion that I can claim them I cant open them when I get to the store WHATS THE POINT UPDATE As if it wasnt bad enough it now crashes on launch with ios 9 ZERO STARS     Useless

App does nothing but crash every time you try to open it Apparently not compatible with the iPhone 6 and iOS 901     App Crashes

Every time I try to even open this app it just shuts down Dont even bother with this app and just go straight to the ACmoore website     App doesnt even work

Aside from this app being tedious and annoying to use it is not compatible with ios 9 so basically I cant use the app at all     Uh

I am an avid crafter as well as an educator I love using my points and coupons at AC Moore So when I came across this app for my phone I was stoked Sadly Ive had nothing but problems The most embarrassing is to save a coupon and have it vanish once you reach the register But even that problem is preferable to the slowness of updates When the iOS updates the app does not have a concurrent update this renders the app useless as it wont even open You must wait WEEKS before an update is available then keep your fingers crossed that they found all the problems or it will be weeks longer before those too are fixed        Unreliable

The app was crappy enough before the latest update but since I updated to iOS 9 it wont even open I tap on it it tries to open but crashes instead Useless From now on Im just saving a copy of the coupon on the website so much easier     App wont launch

UPDATE 92215 Its gotten to a point where the app wont even open I have deleted and reinstalled the app and it hasnt helped This app has some serious issues that need to get worked outEND UPDATEI frequent AC Moore quite often as I need things for my business I am usually in once every other week and the coupons they send out really come in handy and are a great and easy way to save A few months ago I tried opening the app to give the cashier my rewards card and use a coupon and the app kept crashing Luckily she was able to get me the coupon because it wasnt an online or app exclusive but other times I havent been so lucky This app definitely needs some stability issues addressed ASAP     It used to be amazing

I had an iPhone 4 for three years then recently got the iPhone 6plus Just like everyone else you try to open the app and it shuts down tried uninstalling reinstalling restarting my phone and it does the same thing Try to open it and it crashes Id like to cash my rewards in or better yet Ac Moore needs a website where you can shop online and look at Inventory before I drive 45 mins to the store Love this place but the coupons and my rewards would be great to access Ac Moore Get with the program no pun intended and fix this Looks like youre loosing customers I also wrote you a detailed email letting you know that youre loosing business Every other craft store has apps and websites where you can check inventory and see what they stock what store has it make a shopping list and use your coupons all from your phone Its nice you have projects on your website but that does me no good IF I DONT EVEN KNOW WHAT YOU STOCK Get with your competition and 1 make a suitable and usable app and 2 Fire whom ever designed your website that is so outdatedand worthless for doing any type of business with you online Not all of us can drive 45 mins to the local Ac Moore only to find out you dont have stock what we are looking for Youre alienating the percentage of the population who either does their shopping online or like me has a chronic illness disability and cant always get out to take a chance if you have it or not Id love to do all my business business with you as your store is awesome and the service is top notch but if Im taking a round of chemo or just not feeling like I want to play games I have no choice to go to Michaels or Joanns because I can see whats in stock make my shopping list use my coupons all on my phone I really hope you fix this soon I love Ac Moore and according to my husband spent about 3000 last year thereI use crafting as my therapy but I just say Im A professional crafterand I know Im not the only one that would prefer to shop with you all Just get it together Ac Moore Call me and Ill fix your website so its user friendly Sheesh     Fix your app
