Cant even log in and check it out once downloaded you are asked for a credit card right after you create a password and gave them your phone number and email address Deleted     NOT A FREE APP

I really am excited to have a way to capture contact info and share valuable information easily Look it up click share and email or text in seconds And to be able to follow up easily I feel more confident talking with people because I can so easily help them because I have the info Thank you for this                 Very cool

I love this app and the search and share features are exactly what I need to promote my oils I will use it on a daily basis Thank you                 Much needed and greatly appreciated

Great idea in theory Then I opened it and found out I had to give my credit card to a nonApple site so I could pay an additional 10 to use the app So forget that I deleted it Not worth my time or money     Rip off

Can download app for free but then as soon as you sign in they hit you for a 999 annual membership fee Dont like the deception deleted app     Not really free

But the app crashes often It wont let me select Female either           Love the idea

It does have dōTERRA blends so that is a point but the interface is anything but pleasingwould love a clean smoothly designed working space not this cheap boring outdated look It doesnt contain application information just basic BASIC information Would love to see application charts as well This app will have to come a long ways before I renew my subscription next year        Lacking for 10yr

Never used the app because 1 I dont like being forced to give out my phone number and 2 the terms and conditions leads to an invalid link Im not agreeing to something I cant read Certainly not shelling out 10 for an service that cant get the sing up page right     Terms and conditions

What a wonderful and knowledgable app So much to offer the world those who struggle daily to find healthier options and fight the fight of pharmaceutical companies And sadly the selfishness of a few bucks youll be charged to use apples safe purchases thru my already existing account is stopping you from sharing with the world I guarantee youd have so many more eager peeps paying an annual fee if you aloud apple to assist in an annual fee payment Too bad Id rather carry a book than chance credit card fraud Dont purchase people Dont be vulnerable with your credit     Shame on you

Im sorry but any app that asks for your credit card information IN THE APP is highly suspicious Apple has my information Im not giving it out over some 3rd party app Sorry Update this so I can use my Apple credentials and Ill change my rating Otherwise this gets a 1 star rating at best     I would hold off

Im a IPC and this price for the app is crazy We give our clients a the AZ booklet and then you want them to pay 10 for the app     This is a crazy price

Upon opening the app for the first time I was asked to register for an account One of the questions asks for my gender and I cant answer it because it is a drop down menu with no options to choose from I cant register without all the questions answered so I cant even use the app at all     Cant even start using it

The app worked great for a while then suddenly it just stopped and gave an error each time I attempted a log in I hope the developers fix this problem since it cost 10 to use        App doesnt work

Did not even try the app Went to the trouble of downloading to find out I have to sign up and pay 10 a year No way I purchased the modern essentials app for a flat fee of 699 looove it     10 No way

I downloaded the App just to have this great reference guide on my phone but I am totally impressed with the smart search capability and the emailtext share tools In a matter of seconds I was able to find the oils for the ailments I was looking for and then instantly share them with my friends and family It was that easy I was already a fan of the AZ Guide but this App takes it to another level Thank you                 Love the Search and Share features

I purchased this app so that I could have a convenient reference guide on my phone After looking at it a bit I decided that it wasnt what I wanted as I had found a similar app without a yearly subscription fee Im not saying that this app couldnt be helpful with its saveshare features but they were things that I felt like I didnt need for the time being After asking for a refund the person emailing me back asked why it was I wanted a refund and was sure he could change my mind if I would just call him I wrote back explaining that I had found a similar app without the yearly fee that I felt would work better for me His response email started out fine but quickly turned into something I felt was rude condescending and pushy This is the email he sent back to me They are two totally different tools If used correctly they will both benefit you but you do not seem to be interested in that so I am fine with you cancelling your subscription You will need to go in the app and cancel your subscription When that is done let me know and ill do a refund You do this by clicking the 3 bars at the bottom of the screen when you login Select Account Info and then click the red cancel button Email me back and I can then do the refund Best wishes Sorry you are seeing this as one vs the other and making your decision on that rather than wanting to understand how to use this tool I am always willing to help you if you want to know more If you do end up getting this app and ask for a refund I honestly hope that you are treated better than I was Otherwise be prepared to be treated like an idiot all so that the app developer can try to keep your money     Horrible Customer Service

It is not until after you download the app and create a profile which should not be required that you find out you must pay 10year If you are going to charge just include it in the original download I deleted the app and will not use it I will stick to the Modern Essentials app with a onetime and disclosed upfront fee     Misleading
