This app is complete garbage It does not sync with your phone The few times I got it to sync it would disconnect immediately for no reason Thus one cannot get their weight stored in the app Company should re program the app to actually work     App is Garbage Haute_Bleue

I really like the UC350BLE scale that this pairs with but that s only when the pairing works I literally have to re pair the scale with the A D Connect app every day to my iPhone 7 plus running iOS 10 3 2 The UI of the app is clean and I would enjoy using it if it wasn t for the Bluetooth issue Fix that and I ll add more stars to my review Update on this issue Now the app isn t receiving data at all I get a P1P8 displayed on the scale s screen I ve tried re pairing time and time again with no success Other device update 2 other A D devices are also having Bluetooth issues I have to take at least 2 readings with the UA 651BLE blood pressure monitor before the A D Connect app will register the transmission from it The BPM shows that it s transmitting the app just isn t receiving I also have the Lifetrak C410 which isn t made by A D but is promoted on the website as if it were and it s supposed to be supported by the A D Connect app When I try to sync the C410 with A D Connect the C410 can t find the app at all so it s never paired I just get a No Phone to Sync error on the C410 I also have the official Lifetrak app and it syncs with the C410 flawlessly So it s not my Bluetooth or the C410 that s causing this issue I ve sent 2 emails to A D support within the last week and haven t received a reply or even an acknowledgement that my emails were received A D I really want to like your products but your not making easy I ve spent my hard earned money with the hopes that the hassle of taking all of my daily health and fitness data would be eased and fairly automatic and the fact that A D Connect transfers data directly to Microsoft HealthVault which I will say does this flawlessly was all I could ask for Unfortunately this it not the case as it actually takes me more time to do my readings because I m always putzing with the app and keeping my fingers crossed that the Bluetooth transfers will work the next time I use one of the devices or in the C410 s case to transfer at all I have a Contour Next One Bluetooth glucose meter and it works flawlessly every time with my phone This is how it s supposed to be Your devices are well made but your app is terrible when it comes to the main selling point of wirelessly transferring data from the devices to the app I do hope that you re reading this and will put in the effort to make this right At this point I ll never purchase an A D product again unless your app is fixed     Bluetooth needs work Terrible Customer Support Jcarlson1701

Since the new version does not sync with Apple s Health app I cannot recommend this It is a dealbreaker for me     Used to be great marksewell

Despite this description this provides no link to Apple Health app In addition its UI is tricky to setup and way too difficult to manage daily I had to reset the scale 4 or 5 times to get a registered weight on iPhone Needless to say the scale has been returned and this app deleted     Agree w others no Health Kit D9

Absolutely nothing shows on the dashboard even though I have the BP cuff that they sent me set up to sync to the app I turned on the daily reminder but disabled it when it got up to SEVEN reminders sent EVERY DAY Even if it worked properly it would be a fairly low functioning app     Waste of electrons Old Man Dancing

Set up and syncing was slick and easy however my app keeps crashing I ve deleted it and reinstalled it a few times Would also love it if you could see several readings for the day when it gives you your current reading Like an actual log to see all numbers rather than popping into another screen that just shows a trend on a bar graph But more than anything the app needs to stop crashing Maybe it s not compatible with iPhone 6 but I would hope so             Good in theory jen427

I called A D after I got the BP cuff and downloaded the app This is what I found 1 This app will NOT work with IOS 7 despite the claim on the App store that says it works with 6 and above It says only works with 8 and above when I try to boot it on my Iphone 4 It did work on my IPad with 8 4 2 I asked the A D rep if this was a stand alone app He said yes but I found I had to create an account online I did so but now wonder if the account is secure or whether A The rep knowingly lied B Rep did not know C if the company is selling my health data since I saw that Omron does I am suspicious I am returning the machine anyway 3 The readings in the app differ from the display on the machine 4 Each reading is dated with the upload time not the time the reading was taken making record keeping impossible or clumsy at best because the app has to be working for it to time stamp the reading correctly Too many screw ups It s going back and the app will be deleted     Too Many Concerns Too hard to post a nickname

After I click on email and the go back to app I try to sign in and it keeps saying I have to ok my email I have 5 times and it still won t let me in Maybe some help please     Don t know yet Tstwi2007

It was an excellent program syncing with all of A D Medical Devices I have the BP Monitor Model UA 651BLE It detects a new device and Pair with it but after taking my BP it does not recognize the device and will not sync with my new iPhone 6S Plus Someone at A D need to fix this connectivity issue ASAP I m seriously thing about switching over to Omron     DOES NOT work with iOS 9 0 2 Kalpezz

I was thrilled to find a piece of hardware that suits my needs Unfortunately the app doesn t work at all I paired the device with my iOS9 phone with no problem but the thing sends no data to the app the Dashboard is just a white screen Needless to say it won t send data to the Health app either which is one of the main things I m after I m giving A D the benefit of the doubt that they haven t brought the app up to speed with iOS 9 but this is no excuse since so many of my other apps issued updates the same day as the OS release Gonna wait a couple of weeks to see if they issue an update otherwise I ll have to send it back It will be the third blood pressure monitor I ve sent back This experience is not good for my blood pressure     Doesn t work Magenbrand

This is app is embarrassing in its uselessness First it is unsearchable I had to go through the Lifetrak website in order to download it and small wonder I had to create an account twice because the first one did not take Then the sync failed over and over again while the app would periodically crash Upon checking the FAQs it crashed again My phone is an iPhone 6 Plus but it is apparently not compatible with this device I would say this looks very poorly upon Lifetrak but I already have a very low regard to Lifetrak so I will just say definitely don t waste your money on Lifetrak and don t waste your time on this app     Does Not Work Jared0789

It worked fine for about a week Now it will no longer accept my password and when I try to use the forgot password option the following error pops up Expected status code in 200 299 got 401 Update 07 July 2015 Finally got everything to work and it is doing well Only issue is I cannot delete incorrect weights I have two where the reading was inaccurate due to a the scale being slightly lifted by bing too close to carpeting             Won t Accept or Email Password morgulus

After uninstalled the old version app the new version app downloaded my previous measurements from my account in the cloud What a relief It is back to normal now The new version has better graphs and glucose manual entry capability Very good                 Thanks God The cloud saved my data M4M2009
