I have long awaited an app that would work with YouTube Live streaming and the wait is over The testing Ive done driving around town over Verizon LTE has worked great The video quality is only 480P with no settings to change it but that may be a limitation imposed by YouTube The only glitch I ran into is with authorizing my account with YouTube Live streaming service there is an error causing it to loop After authorizing it via a computer the app works great every time now As far as data consumption goes it is very modest and uses a surprisingly small amount I dont remember the numbers at the moment but it shows the amount used during the current broadcast in the upper right while streaming It would be nice to see the total after ending the broadcast Overall this is a great app and I definitely recommend it Works great with iPhone 6
