Like how easy the app has become to just quickly open up and scan Initially when it came out Id have troubles getting the barcode to pop up fast enough                 Quick easy to scan

Works half the time when its time to redeem free coffee or other drink the clerks register will suddenly develop problems or else it says you dont qualify for the free drink even when your screen clearly says Youve earned a free drink Three times Ive refused to play these games and emptied the poured coffee down the drain rather than pay for something that should have been free I dont think it is corporates doing but they should exercise more control over the bait and switch tactics of their franchisees     USER BEWARE

I love this app Im a bit older and not so tech savvy A cashier at my local 711 suggested using this since Im in there almost every day for my iced coffee fix VERY easy to use thank you 711                 Awesome

Now the app wont open at all So bummed        Worked great until a couple days ago

Store would not scan my app to receive the free item so I sent an email to complain Corporate did apologize and gave me 2 free slurpees My problem was solved              Would not scan

Scans but doesnt even give stars Customer service doesnt care because they never emailed me back     Faulty

The barcode ALWAYS has trouble scanning at the register The app always crashes when its special days to redeem stuff Boooo     Crap

I showed him the app he knew the app didnt believe the coupon Didnt give me the red bull the app said I was supposed to get for buying 2 red bulls     Guy at the counter wouldnt redeem coupon and didnt believe me

Screw 7 eleven and this app ばか

I like the passbook but any time I set it up it keeps giving me an oops message that the out satellite is bugging plz fix this        Passbook

Not worth it I have tried reinstalling updating and it will not stay open for more then 2 seconds     Continuously crashes

I have been trying for almost 4 weeks to create an account and keep getting a message to the effect Cant create account now try again later Ive deleted and downloaded the app several times with the same results Is it a good app I dont know Ill take your word for it I guess Ill probably take my business to SpeedWay where I know Ill be getting rewards though     App wont register

I wasted about 20 minutes out of my day figuring out how to work this thing I go to 711 pretty much daily so thought it would be worth it Finally gave up after the app continually crashed after 2 seconds of being open Cashier couldnt scan it fast enough to get credit for my drink Tried uninstalling and reinstalling 4 times to no avail Too many bugs to be worth my time     Worthless

711 is one of my favorite shop go store and to have the app is perfect                 711

The app showed slurpee buy one get one free any size on 9202015 So I went to store on 4800 temple city blvd in temple city CA and got 2 large slurpee When I was paying the clerk told me I can only get small I showed the the app and it clearly said ANY SIZE and simply ask them to honor their company app Clerk told me that the company is not here and they are only willing to do BOGO for small size They forced me to pay regular price for the two cups I got when I refused they threw away the two cups right in front of me I asked for their names and I was told that since I did not pay 7 eleven is not going to care and I have no right to ask for their name to complain to anyone The were ready to throw me out since I did not pay and was taking up their time This app is a trap and has false advertisement written all over it If you wanted to save yourself from humiliation by actually using the app in a store do yourself a favor and dont download     App promotion is not honored by store

If you love 711 youll love this App Asides from getting the 7th coffee for free you also get great deals and free stuff Only reason I give it 45 is because sometimes the employees dont know how to use it Either way one of my favorite Apps An App that rewards loyal customers the 7Eleven App              The only App that pays you back

Absolutely awful The app is full of glitches and the deals dont even show up half the time I have my barcode scanned     Terrible

I use it almost every day The free drinks add up And they have good reusable coupons Thank you 711                 Love this app

This app does what it needs to and does it pretty well On another note bring Apple Pay to 711 please                 Yes Passbook support finally

Passbook is a great addition Im glad they listened to everyone and added it in It makes it a lost easier since my favorite store just pops up on my lock screen and I can just swipe and then scan                 Finally Passbook

I love this app its a nice bonus to loyal customers but its using megabytes of data This app has to download very few images and not even very much text The information it sends and receives from the server should only be a few kilobytes each tone i open it I dont understand why it has used ten megabytes of data in less than a month I dont even go to 7 Eleven more than two or three times a week           Uses too much data

Ive been using the app for three months No issues with getting or redeeming offers Clerks always know what to do with the scanner If the scan isnt working try adjusting your brightness settings for your phone                 Simple and easy

Doesnt work most of the time Many clerks get annoyed like its the customers fault that it doesnt work Two strikes for a poor attitude and a bad app One star because it did work one time     Consistently Inconsistent

The app keeps closing before you can claim anything It stays open for no more than two seconds before it kicks you out Ive tried reinstalling updating etc but nothing works     Horrible app

Its kind of hard to get any free merchandise when the scanner doesnt work The clerk didnt seem to care I also tried to provide feedback using the apps feedback functionality but could find no way to actually submit the feedback I finally just gave up     Would not scan

I used to love 7eleven Theres one right by my middle school that we all call sevvieelevy But alas the last time I went the cashier overcharged me and my friend and threatened to call the cops on us since we didnt have enough for the part that se charged extra What the     Not Worth It

My cups arent updated I bought 4 slurpees for a few friends the guy scanned it and said I earned a free cup but when I check the app it says Ive purchased none Not cool Fix it please     Doesnt work

First time using this and the scanner at the store doesnt recognize barcode Not worth the hassle for a free cup of coffee     Barcode scan didnt work

Love the passbook feature                 I use this app often

I emailed them a while back about adding my card on passbook and they listened I like this app 10x more                 PassBook

Its really unfortunate that most cashiers especially at night have no idea how this app works Sometimes I can figure it out for them but other times I put my stuff back and hope for better luck another day with the discounts              Not sure if this is a critique of the app or of 711 itself

I had 5 stars and when I went to buy one more cup I received to more I went to claim my free cup and the Glendale location on Colorado and pacific said I did not qualify for a free cup So I lost my free cup Great job 7eleven I was really excited for this I buy coffee every morning Looks like Ill be going back to coffee bean     Double rewards didnt work

This afternoon the very 1st first time that Im try to grab a Freekend which is the Butterfinger bar BUT ITS BB Feb 2015 And now was Aug 2015 cant believe 711 giving outselling to their customers something that supposed to throw into the trashcan half year ago Did they or did they dont know about those expired foodsdrinks could bring peoples sick     Beware of FREE stuff on promotion Expired over 6 freaking months

By far the best customer loyalty app Great coupons free drinks abound Now that they support Passbook they deserve the five stars Keep it up                 7Eleven is killing it in the app space

Like everything else in the US Hawaii is never included I cant believe this app is not support here This needs to be fixed ASAP If I could give no stars I wouldve     Worthless and disappointing

I have been using this app for a couple of months now and at first it worked great But since adding Passbook support it ALWAYS crashes Now I HAVE TO use Passbook due to the app doesnt stay on long enough for the associate to scan the code I cannot even see how many starspoints I have now which was very useful before Please fix this constant crashing issue        711 App USED TO run great

This app does not deliver on their promise for a free drink when accumulating seven stars Was ignored after complaining to customer service Total waste of time and effort DONT DO IT     Most Deceptive app ever
