Ive been listening to the 10 minute version of this app for years and find it to be almost instantaneously able to put one in a meditative state I know it is rather expensive for an audio recording but the price is more of a charitable duction to a very good cause One could always get the 10 minute version for free Record it and loop it but I thought Ive gotten more than my moneys worth and would appreciate having an hour version right here on my iPad Anyway you can always try the free version and see if you agree Extremely relaxing and worth every penny
