Your get to use the App for a year then it is useless and you have to pay another 99 You can buy the book and use it for a few years until it is obsolete You can t do that with this app Access is restricted at the end of the version When you consider the definition of obsolete it is moving target for something like this By the time it is organized published and sold it contains info that is out of date Most info such as physical signs and lab findings rarely go out of date so you are down to things like therapy which is weakly covered in this app and should be looked up for current recommendations anyway     Beware OverG

Just be aware that this app is NOT free I checked into this product after other reviewers were claiming that it was so much better than Tarascon s reference because of the cost That was untrue Apparently there has also been a price increase for the subscription to 99 year That seems excessive to me     Not at all free Cronoss

I can not comment on the app because although I paid the 99 for the subscription I have yet to know how the app actually works This has so far been the worst user experience In summary they ve had my money for the subscription for several days and creating an account just to accesses this wonderful app is a mystery to say the least I purchased this several days ago and have not successfully logged on Payment has been processed but I had no login information provided for me I emailed support to ask for it and was given a link to activate my account The link sends me to a web page and proceeds to say my account is activated but creating a password or username was no where to be found I finally called support to set up my account I then tried to access the account and yesterday I had fun sarcastically trying to have the app download After numerous timeouts I gave up and tried again today Now mysteriously my account is invalid RECAP They have my money and I have yet to utilize what seemed to be a very helpful app Spending time just to get up and running has not been a pleasant experience and the company should really evaluate is process Tomorrow I will try to call support again to find out what the problem is For almost 100 I would assume a better experience At this rate I might as well use Web MD or the internet At least then I can access the information     Horrible user experience Orson Anderson
