I only use it as a radiohavent tried the alarm I miss the old backlit look and I wish you could still customize the color but the new look still looksworks great Totally sharp on iPhone 6 plus TONS of stations all categorized and if any have ads I havent noticed I hear known artists and refreshing unknowns alike I notice it now responds to system PlayPause commands so thats a nice fix Suggestion crank up the power on the blue lights they almost always stay in the middle wasting much of the screen              Works well no ads

Can only get music to play from my music library I dont keep a lot on my phone so I like the shout cast stations What happened        Stations wont play

Loved the old look color backlit please change back to old set up new app is stable but bring back the old look please one of the main reasons I purchased is because I could change colors as I liked plus large clock Still not retro and not my favorite anymore     Loved the old look

The whole userselectable LCDlike color scheme was THE reason I and probably everyone else got this app This new version is one of the most generic looking schemes imaginable if youre thinking of updating DONT Youll soon be deleting this app and wondering why you had it in the first place FYI developers I can stream shoutcast along with plenty else without your app THE DESIGN OF YOUR OLD VERSION WAS THE REASON I BOTHERED USING YOUR APP TO DO IT This new version looks like the hole produced when you shoot yourself in the foot     Updated graphics RUIN this app

Not real keen on the look of the new design This version has been dropping shoutcast streams constantly The free version is not dropping streams and love the old look           I am using the free version again

Great way to listen to the radio through my iPhone and the alarm is a bonus Plus no ads                 Love this app

The clock and radio work but the add custom station feature doesnt I paid the two bucks in hopes that would make a difference but no It did work before I moved up to iOS 6           Alarm clock

Bought it for one reason the way it looked Yes some may like the new look and feel I however dont I prefer the old look Give us an option to have it look one way or the other dont be like apple and push your style like a square peg into a round hole not everyone like the flat look I love the previous look and feel of the app     Miss the backlight look

How is it supposed to wake you up when the alarm does not work if iPad is in sleep mode     Alarm does not Work

The new display is awful Bring back the old display it was the reason I purchased So disappointed I recommended to everyone Now Ill be the one looking for a new recommendation Other updates are terrible as well The display now pulses when music is playing Although subtle its annoying when trying to sleep Also you now must choose your radio station each time as well as reset the sleep timer settings These setting were not erased after each usage in the old version I really do not understand how any of the changes make this a better app Now the sleep timer does not turn off and radio plays all night and drains battery     Terrible update

I found this app when I first bought ipad1 I loved the way it worked so much so I upgraded to the paid version and continued to use it as an Internet radio and when I traveled it was my alarm clock Then I got the ipad2 and realized that during the conversion which involved a backup and restore Apple ITunes does not restore everything The other day I was in need of an alarm clock and quickly thought of this app I searched all the alarm clock apps downloading and paying for 4 or 5 that look similar but none came close to this app Only one had any type of Internet radio but is was hard coded into favorite buttons While the idea of favorite radio station buttons was good the stations stored in the buttons were the programmers favorites and not your own This app lets you pick one of the many Shoutcast stations If you dont know about Shoutcast you are missing something Next was the screen dimming could you imagine that many other alarm clock programs didnt have a way to adjust the brightness of the display Only 1 out of 5 had a dimming feature This app has the smoothest full featured dimming you will ever find Maybe you cant think of anything in the line of features when it comes to dimming Well think again This app lets you put your finger on the screen and drag it into different colors in one direction and adjust the brightness in the other If that wasnt enough some of the colors involve changing both background and foreground colors There are many to choose from Maybe I am being too wordy here lets just finish by saying that this program Rocks All the negative feedback on this app is not fair Some blame this app for something that IOS5 did If that is what happened to you just uninstall it restart your iPad then reinstall it The negative feedback due to poor Internet access is not fair either this app is not responsible for fixing your internet problems Some wireless routers dont play well with iPads It has nothing to do with this app                 Love it Read on

I tried a lot of other apps that didnt stay on screen but this app has a clear dimming display for nightstand use Ive not used the audio features much at all but for my need for a bedside clock it rocks                 Outstanding nightstand clock

Ive been listening for about 15 minutes non stop to a Metallica song talk about Long Version WoW This is for sure Must Have App Going on 30 minutes and still no Commercial I dont no if they have any or not Will keep you posted                 WOW 5 Stars All The Way

It crashes on my iPhone 5 when trying to play streams It needs to be further tested Also must have is running in background     Not ready for mission critical

Why The old app had a unique feature Refine it This new interface adds nothing and takes away a lot you shouldve made it a separate But then no one wouldve downloaded it because theres nothing special about it at all FAIL Bring back the functionality of the old app or be deleted and forgotten           Update ruined a good thing

But you cant set an alarm to wake you with the radio Which is the whole point of a radio alarm clock        Its good if you just want a radio

Ive been using Alarm Clock Radio since 2009 When my iPhone is plugged in and charging at work your app has been on display The new look has taken away from the apps charm It now falls in line with numerous other clockdisplay apps on the market Boring and unoriginal Im not going to uninstall in the hopes that you add a feature that allows users to enable the old look of Alarm Clock Radio However the app will be relegated to only occasionally being launched to check for this feature     New version disappointed

This app is everything you want and need in a radio app It has AMAZING radio stations along with a MCD multicolor display Its an absolute must have                 Amazing app

Although an alarm clock that works compared to others out there this particular app needs aditional updates added 1 add own URL 2 the ability to manually record or remotely record I hope im not asking too much granted not the easiest thing to create i m sure just a request              aditional features needed

The alarm actually works when the app isnt running given u have notifications setup however snooze doesnt work Also it only allows u to set 1 alarm           Needs multiple alarm and better snooze

5 starsyou guys should do a radio app cause this one is way betther than pandora because i can listen to radio anywere in the world and pandora works only in the US Thanks and this was the best app I spend 099 Hope you sell a billion to make it even betther                 The best Radiothousands of choices and you get a alarm for free

Why fix what wasnt broke Bring back the old 5 STAR version Old version had a better display and you could customize the colors If anything put a switch so you could switch backandforth between displays color customization        Clock radio

Where have you guys been I missed using this app sooo much                 Excellent revamp

The streaming alarm doesnt work I seem to only get the backup alarm instead of the custom m3u yet I can play it manually fine Also the stream I want for alarm is a weekdayonly talk radio show so I need to be able to set a different alarm for weekends but this app is missing that ability Lastly when I have a stream playing that is interrupted by a phone call it usually will not resume after the ringing stops unless I manually restart the stream     Streaming Alarm Does Not Work

Tried alarm on IPhone 4 with iOS 7 and iPhone 6 with IOS 8 Both were plugged in as required but it didnt work on either one Backup sound also didnt play     Alarm doesnt Work

I cant see myself using this anymore since I cant change the color or brightness of the display the way the previous version could Pity this was my goto travel alarm app     Dont like the update

I really liked the old retro look The numbers were large and it was easy to customize color and brightness Looking for a new app        Not a fan of the update

No more radio station I just to love it because you find a variety of music by categories Not anymore Sks     Disappointed

So you cannot have the app running in front and just close your smart cover you wont be able to wake up with radio Just the default backup alarm buzzer will go off Thats really lame because when the screen is running your iPhone iPad or iPod will lose power 2 stars for being a free app without ads and a clean user interface Shoutcast stations are great too I mainly use this app now for listening to radio not for the alarm        Alarm only with music if you dont close Smart Cover

Your old app has always been my goto clock radio app and its always worked great I decided to give this one a try Nice looking clean interface but no custom color feature like the old one The most major flaw though is that ShoutCast doesnt load in when you tap Stations Im running iOS 7xx on a 4s Please fix and I will reinstall and try again UPDATE network issue on my end ShoutCast now loads fine Update to 4 stars              What happened

The old version was great This new one is just a clock Radio stations do not load Broken Dont waste your time     No longer a radio

I cant begin to describe how much I love this app I dont get any issues with it at all and I use it quite often Maybe it just needed updating But I cant begin to describe how many stations you can find on here I love more international and obscure genres of music and its so hard trying to find them in different places But with this app theyre all in one place Was listening to indie rock earlier now on to rocksteady and then later some Trini chutney I dont really even need other music apps                 This is my favorite music app

What did you guys do to the old display That was WAY better one of the reasons I payed for your app over the 600 out there This display looks like St Or last have options to switch between them You guys killed it     What the fk

Great choice of stations But the sleep timer the main reason I wanted it doesnt work           Good and bad

I love using it to fall asleep with old time radio and LOVE the sleep alarm Radio stations come in very clear and many to select from              Its GREAT
