    Will not take my email address anymore to login     Does not work
    Took me over two weeks with my sales representative at the dealership just to get this up and running Now it doesnt even work and tells me my car must not have been started in the past 4 days to use the remote start function This is a joke and the Bluelink staff has been zero help and dont know their own product Dont waste your time     Worthless
    Used app all the time after latest update I cant log into app I can log into myhyundai account ok on browser but not on app Something must be broken on app        App was great Used it everyday After updatenot working
    Since updating to the latest version on 8102015 I can no longer login says email is invalid even though its the same email Ive always used Please fix Can not use service I pay extra for now     Cant use app since updating
    Forgive me for not always logging into my app to unlock my phone If it would actually keep me logged in I also probably wouldnt need to reset my password Forcing you to use web browser support is the exact opposite of what an app should do     Really No password reset
    Blue Link was working fine before its last update Now it is unusable I am unable to log in even though my email is correct I hope this gets corrected soon Paid top dollar for these features and this is completely unacceptable     Terrible
    Im so disappointed after got so excited that finally I would get to start the engine and have my ac on before I get to my car easily from my Apple Watch After many tests and tries I realize that i have to keep Blue Link app running in the background on my iPhone in order for the watch app to work Really Once the 3 months trial expired in September I dont see myself renew the subscription     Failed to deliver on Apple Watch
    This app takes forever to login I can walk from my house to the car and the loading wheel is still spinning     Hyundai needs to fire the people who made this app
    I really only use the remote start feature but it is annoying as you have to enter a password to launch the app then enter another password to trigger remote start at which point it takes about a minute for the car to actually start Why not detect that my iPhone has password protection on and not require all the additional password steps Then there is the Apple Watch issue which is why I give this app only one star You cant remote start the car with your watch unless you are logged into the app on your phone How dumb So to use your watch you have to take your phone out unlock it launch the app enter the password for it then on your watch launch the app tell it to remote start and enter the password there too So stupid     Doesnt work well with Apple Watch
    App is terrible Has not worked since last update Before that only 50 of the time Anytime around 500 you get an error that network is busy When do they think people are going to use it Considering canceling If Hyundai really cares they should renew for free when and if they get it working I agree the current fix should have been caught with any level of testing Not happy     Hyundai Blue link
    With new updates the review below still stands I cannot even view status been trying all morning and getting a server busy try again later message For a company who sold us on the technology this is a very poor service and I am so surprised they cannot seem to get a right The service is very slow and often result in an error message if I try to do anything I should not have to hit refresh after already hitting the button to view the status of the car Its a given I want to view the current status so the extra step to refresh is a waste of time Also can the time update to eastern time zone The last refreshed time always throws me off because it seem to be in central time and you would think the app would automatically adjust to your timezone Why so slow If I try to start my car before I get there so it can start to cool by the time the request loads I am already sitting in my car baking in the heat It is also super annoying that after sending a request to start the car and thinking after the long wait you made some progress you get a message saying request not successful because the doors arent locked Can someone use their initiatives and just let the app lock the doors the same time the request to start is sent If the app was fast this may not be a problem but given how slow it is now you have to try to send a request to lock doors then resubmit the start request So I should try to start the car about 20mins before in case I run into a these issues but if by chance it is successful it only allows a run time of up to 10 minutes Same for when I try to start the car in the morning which may even be worst and I am afraid that when winter gets here I will not be able to use this app to warm my car which is the reason I got it in the first place On top of being slow after waiting a few minutes on several occasions and more often than not up pops an error messaging asking me to call support or try again because servers are busy I did not really try any of the other functions but For the time it takes to get anything done with this app I should not have to pay for this service it should be complimentary until Hyundai can actually make this convenient     Very poor and still poor
    Wow I have been trying to use this app to start my car for the last 4 days and it is giving me the same server is busy message every time Horrible Same thing when I try and check the status of my vehicle I LOVE my new Sonata but if this app isnt corrected I will be asking for a full refund and I will be EXTREMELY disappointed It was definitely one of the selling points for me when I purchased the vehicle Please FIX this AWFUL APP     This is horrible

    UPDATE Watch app seems to be working now just terribly slow The main app works 99 of the time The Apple Watch app works 0 of the time You have to unlock your phone and log into the app before the Watch request will go through Then what was the point of ever using the watch I wish I was joking              UPDATED Watch App doesnt work

    Had it about a week and literally its 5050 at best Worked well the first time Go to use it today and cant get logged It just keeps telling me to enter the email associated with my account I AM Can go the website and log right in Even uninstalled and reinstalled and get the same thing No confidence in it at his point        Good if it works

    I registered online and I tried to login to the app with my email and password but it doesnt recognize it It says Im not registered when I know I am     This app has a glitch
    Need to pay Hyundai 300 a year to use it and the only valuable or I should say the only feature I use is the remote lock and remote start works less than half the time The payment breaks down as 100 a year for basic so they can tell me I need to schedule service Second 100 a year is for guidance but if you have built in navigation then you dont need that Then what I do want is remote for another 100 but you have to buy all three Then you rarely actually get the car to start Waste of time and money Dont buy the car if you want to use the app as you will not be happy     Worst app ever
    I got this for the remote start and remote start only Unfortunately Hyundai only offers this feature as part of a package and is over priced The login takes forever to authenticate and thats when it works which many times it just doesnt work period It says there was an error contacting the server or it is taking too long and gives you an option to call then which is completely useless Additionally you cant start your car remotely if it is not locked which btw you can lock from the app So why cant Hyundai detect if it is not locked and then lock it and start the car Bottom line if you are getting the app for the remote starter know that you will be passing fit a service which often did not work and when it does is very slow at best        Great WHEN it works

    I attempted to use my Bluelink app last night with it constantly telling me to enter my email address over and over again I contacted Bluelink and they forwarded me to the mobile app developers Apparently there is an issue with their 35 versions and a fix is on its way in a couple of days Check for 36 version Pretty pathetic they didnt inform all of their customers that they had a problem instead of me being on the phone for almost 40 mins You have all our email addressesdifferent departments not talking to each othervery dysfunctional organization     Cant Access Bluelink

    This app takes way to long to start the car or unlock the doors I tried several times for it to unlock before finally grabbing my keys to unlock the car The hazards flash while the car is started I miss my Onstar from GM products     Way to SLOW

    Ive owned my 14 Hyundai Santa Fe for about 8 months now and thought I would review BlueLink The only feature I really use is the auto start cranking who really needs to beep the horn or flash the lights Of the handful of times Ive used it the vehicle would not be running when I arrived at it It is always locked out in the wide open air with no obstructions I was inside a store or building many many feet away from the vehicle I always get the email that my vehicle did not receive the signal This angers me to see people walking out to their vehicles simply mashing a remote button for cranking and such and Im having to re type in my password bc Ive been logged out of my app Then I have to type in another different from the other one password to confirm Sure I could install remote cranking but whats the point of having BlueLink Very likely I will not renew my subscription in March        Nice when it works
    Just bought my Sante Fe 2 days ago which came with a 3 month free trial of BlueLink Unfortunately I cant even get into the app using the email that I use for the website No point in continuing the service after the free trial if I cant even use it So sad because it was a feature I was very excited about     Doesnt work

    After the latest update this app stopped working properly Need to fix this bug ASAP After entering all correct info and hitting go an error message shows asking to enter your email address to Hyundai com account After checking and rechecking and signing into my account I have deleted this app and reinstalled to no avail Please fix this     Stopped Working
    Aside from commands being a little slow to send to the car the app works as advertised I can only assume the people having major issues are using older devices or lack basic troubleshooting skills Often simply deleting an app and redownloading will solve many issues                 Works as advertised
    The functions that the app can perform are great and I love being able to start my car from far away lock it if I forgot etc However the app is SLOOOOOOW It takes at least 30 seconds just to log in which you have to do just about every time you use it Then it takes at least another 30 seconds just to send the signal to the car I often try to start the car 2 minutes before I get out to the car and often it hasnt started yet        Love the functions hate the app
    I had a 2013 Genesis Coupe which had this I stopped the service Customer service was bad Replaced it with Compustar Remote Start with Drone Mobile It worked like a charm 8seconds to start it Now i bought a 2015 Genesis Sedan The feature of remote starting is okay Not the best but just ok It takes about 1min to 2minutes to start the car Also the app is better than looking now Need to improve the speed And touch id must be incorporated        Too slow and intermittent
    Could be a useful app but it takes too long to load and function Simple tasks like unlock can take longer than 4 minutes Mapping car position on map is limited to a 1 mile radius of home How is this helpful Id want to know where the car is on a gps map anywhere in the US or at least within a several hundred mile radius of home Mapping even with the 1 mile radius takes greater than 5 minutes and often fails This app needs improvement work It could be a very useful app if improved but the way it is now its functionality is not worth the cost after the free trial periods see BlueLink website Update 101115 What a mess I keep getting server busy messages Even when it connects to their server rarely the car locator does not work nor does remote lock or lights I fail to understand the value of this app After the 3 month trial I dont think Ill continue with BlueLink unless it drastically improved Sure seems to me that they could replace their servers to at least avoid server busy issues to try and justify 300 per year subscription This app has got to be the worst piece of garbage Ive yet come across I hope Hyundai takes note of the issues and improves           Maddening Slow

    One of the reasons I bought my car was for the remote start Too bad it works less than half the time Even when it does work logging in is insanely slow and annoying Im currently in my free trial period and will NOT be paying money for this feature if things dont get better with it I hope Hyundai listens Looks like my experience is consistent with many others here     So disappointing
    Ive tested the remote start feature and while it works it takes way too long to actually start the car I tested the service 4 times in different locations Each time it took over 1 minute for the car to actually start Also why have a PIN Why not use my fingerprint when the device has that functionality The Apple Watch app failed to start the car on 5 tries I gave up after the 5th try The idea is cool but the implementation is terrible Tr Try it for yourself for 90 days for free but dont pay for the service There is no way to delete or update your credit card info online and you cant unsubscribe from the service online This is a clear indication that Hyundai knows it has garbage service with regard to Blue Link        Too Slow and too Clunky
    As a major selling point for Hyundai cars the blue link experience is supposed to be for convenience This app takes away all of that Not only do you have to put in a password to enter the app But you also have to put in a pass code to execute a function I dont see many blue link subscribers holding on with this broken app I can see somewhere down the line someone starting a class action lawsuit because a lot of people bought their cars for the convenience of the blue link app UPDATE Now that they updated the app for Apple Watch the problems still exist but on a different level It defeats the purpose of having the watch app when you have to open the app on the phone then login to the app on the phone and then issue a command from the phone first     Security

    It takes forever just to log into the app Which honestly how is that even possible Whenever I log into any other app if everything Im putting is right it doesnt even take more than 35 seconds to log in But with this app I have to wait a minute sometimes and all the times at least 45 seconds And also the car takes almost a minute to actually remote start which I really dont care at all as long as I can send a command and log into the app within 3040 all together If they can put it off Ill give it 5 stars but until then its a nono for me     Its too damm slow

    This is a terrible app its way too slow and it never actually keeps you logged in when you check the box Also sometimes it wont even start the car when you use the remote start If they would fix the problems it would be a really cool app though     Terrible

    I love the remote start feature although it takes too long for the app to open then it takes too long for the actual vehicle to start I do not like the fact that wants the vehicle starts the hazard lights blink bringing attention to the vehicle The car finder feature is a great feature in the older version when searching for your vehicle it had an arrow and every time you walk it showed which direction with the arrowsince the updates they did away with the arrow I would definitely bring back the Arrow and disabled the hazard lights when vehicle starts and try to make the app a little bit faster loading           Okay

    If I could give zero stars currently I would This latest update 35 has rendered the app completely inoperable All it does is keep asking me to enter my email address I see in other reviews that others are experiencing the same thing This is a serious issue that should have been discovered before the new update was put out for download The person responsible for it should be fired Its not the first time either I experienced similar issues when they went from 20 to 30 as well All Im saying is make sure it works before you put it out for download     35 does not work

    This app is garbage Keep me logged in means nothing to it You still have to put a pin in to do anything with the actual car so why ignore keep me logged in Moving further from that 40 of the time the commands fail The app either shows you the failure or the car never startsopensetc They have never to charge what they do per month and then let a junk application languish which the car requires for key functions like remote start Oh and its still not retina a full year after the iPhone 6 I guess asking for touch ID support would be really laughable     This app is junk and the car is worse for it
