Super app a must have However the contrast makes the the text hard to read I would like a black text on white option I cant read much without straining my eyes Fix that to get your five stars           Difficult to read

Older versions would compare the area to a US state or the District of Columbia              Why did they change this

I like this factbook better then the JDictionary one in the App store but both have a similar fault When u click the World map you get a very basic first grader drawn map The one used for the timezones would be PERFECT for that minus the time zone lines of course Please do that and you will have a proper representation of the world           Needs Minor Fix

Rich of informations but I think you have to fix the death rate because Iraq would be in the beginning of the list after the fix and for that I gave u 4 stars Soran Zangana Saint Louis USA Iraq homeland              Best so far

I have the iphone 4 and EVERYTHING is incredibly pixelated making the app a pain to use The maps have very little detail other than a couple main cities The info is excessive and hard to find without scrolling all over the place Im bummed     Big disappointment

Ive had this app for 3 years and I really do like it a lot Theres just one MAJOR issue Ive recently come across though that makes me take the stars a little lower No AIDS information for BRAZIL As I was scrolling down the list I was saying Theres NO WAY Brazil can be THIS FREAKING LOW I never did find it because when I did go directly to the AIDS section under Brazil it had NA Thats a MAJOR omission for such a MAJOR country when you have MOST of the rest of the world on the AIDS chart Please update this information THEN it was even more ironic to see that you feature Brazil in your sample pictures           Very nice information Im picky on one MAJOR issue

The application provides tons of info Gave me great insight while traveling abroad Highly recommend it for those folks that like to stay informed For who knows the GDP for their own country Or the crime rate Or what natural resources their country imports and exports However I suggest the developers build this application for the iPad if they want to reach an older population and wonder into the corporate environment Executives consultants and client service folks will really utilize this information they need it Oh yeah you will need to enhance the UIthink colorful bubbles hyperlinks and business                 Very informative App

Itd be nice if the maps were larger so you could zoom in on them a bit more and I believe there is a little more that could be done but of the two World Factbook apps Ive tried this is the best and a purchase I dont regret              I like it

Its a handy reference with some cute tricks For example the rank ordering feature shows rates of population growth which are not intuitively obvious But the white type dropped out of a black background is really annoying              Useful

Burma is not Burma anymore its MyanmarUnion of Myanmar and it has a different flag I dont think Thein Sein is in power its someone else that everyone calls a reformer Libya doesnt have its National Transitional Council they elected another body Please update it It shouldnt take long this isnt the Encyclopedia Britannica              A couple things missing

Im reading Let the Swords Encircle Me a book about Iran in the modern world From that and many other sources its clear any discussion of USIranian relations should go back at least to 1953 when the CIA arranged a coup against Prime Minister Mohammad Mosaddegh who had been popularly elected But World Factbook starts its history with the revolution against Shah Mohammad Reza Pahlavi in 1979 This seriously fails to inform the naive reader of an important fact about USIranian relations surely important to Iranians The app has a lot of presumably accurate facts but it seems to fall down in giving important history so for now Im giving it a three If you use it get extra sources on history and perhaps current events           Historically Limited

I used this with my seventh grade students with a somewhat basic lesson on demographics and country comparisons It is very helpful to have the definitionsreference for all of the terms within the app so that students do not have to consult another reference It was good for the students to know that all terms are not universally understood in the same way for each country I can envision this applications usefulness with my children who are in high school This would be great for any social studiessciences classroom economics classroom and biology with regard to environmental issues and human populations Keep updating and keep it relevant                 Amazing Amount of Information

Awesome amazing Generally it is hard to read through reference data but this app makes it easy to read understand all that information Almost enjoyable A few suggestions to make this app even more helpful add a search box at the top of the page to search through the information displayed on that page make it possible to sort the different columns in ascending descending order Keep up the good work Neeraj                 Awsome amazing reference app

Needs iPhone 4 Retina support urgent Other than that the app is great The black background is excellent and so easy on the eyes           No Retina

Although I only recently downloaded this app Ive already had a ball just looking around it I can think of a great many uses for this app Ive really truly enjoyed it in the short time Ive had it Ive never tried an app such as this but Im certain Ill use it quite often learn something from it each time I do Even for an Old man like me its never to late to learn And with the way the world seems to be headed this is going to be a wonderful tool for me God Bless All              Great App

App was cool but its been locked in an update installing phase for a month literally no matter what I do it wont complete or abort the update     Locked up

I love this app for information offline it comes in sooo handy However I wish that for the 2013 update that will hopefully be out soon could you please include the 50 United States and information on each one that would be soo awesome Oh and the new iPhone 5 screen size would be nice too Overall an outstanding and very full of information                 Great App but

If you check the Current account balance within Rank Order it is missing the United States which should be 190 I have written to the developer with this and now for THREE releases they have ignored fixing this How many other parts of the application are missing data I give it one star because of this otherwise it would be 3 or 4     Missing Data release after release
