There should be a test to start to determine where you are with pull ups That s where you start your program I had to tap through the program until I got to a point where I thought I should start The text as to how many to do and the rest time is pretty small I can t see what I m doing on the app                 Almost there Could be improved Phtgrapher

I was able to do 20 Marine quality pull ups no kips or swings in my late teens and now at 46 am looking to get back to that ability Purchased this app and like the roadmap it gives you each day to get to your goal Wish the app had more suggestions for when you can t do the daily routine fully e g do negatives for the pull ups you can t complete and it probably also needs a separate build up track for those who can t do one pull up yet so they can get to the first pull up routine Decent idea for an app though and I have purchased the push ups and squats one too By the way this pull up routine works just as well for dips as it does for pull ups                 Good map to 20 pull ups New Prediabetic

So when I first opened it I thought it was wanting you to do 9 pull ups I was like how is this for beginners But looking more it makes sense You take breaks in between and if you can t do a pull up do negative pull ups which if it is marketed to beginners then that should be more prevalent                 Good program nice app Jic29

Being former 2 Cav I love a good challenge Zen 20 pull ups goes beyond just 20 and smartly gives your muscles the time between reps to reach 40 In short it s just you Zen and a bar Get the app and enjoy                     Just like the Cav MethodicalMac
It starts off assuming you can do one pull up which I could not do BUT I m using a chair to assist me as little as possible and I feel confident I can finish the program this way then do it again without a chair or maybe take the chair away after the first few weeks Adds to the overall length of the program but it seems worth it             Not great but not bad rachelaj1989
