Very polished app great integration of workouts examples and videos However Out of 8 levels of workout routine intensity the highest you can start on is level 3 intermediate All higher levels are locked This CAN NOT BE SKIPPED and you must sit there for 30 minutes while the light jogging timer of the workout literally ticks down to zero You then have to do this for all higher levels even if they re below your ability Sorry but for anyone downloading a military fitness app the unskippable level 3 is waaaaaay too easy and a waste of time 30 situps with 2 minutes of rest in between every 10 situps is military intermediate I m agast at whoever made these decisions I imagine it s some liability issue But come on         Great app terrible because Gregeggegegguu the best
It s not a bad app if you re completely new to exercising but for someone who exercises regularly it s annoying Why Because it only allows you to skip two levels and level three is still a pretty beginner level However if you are new to exercising then this is a great app as it provides demonstrations and everything you d need to ensure good form and a total body workout                 Good for beginners Gracksies
There is no video on this app at all although advertised full of videos only a black screen when I tap anything I would imagine to be a video I have deleted and redownloaded but no joy The cardio section is deceptive On the steady run for example it says 20 mins but once started the total time is about 45 mins warmup jog run cool down jog stretch I m unclear on the training schedule as well Am I meant to do the muscular and the 2x cardios on the same day Finally the cardio app every time the trainer talks you lose your music this is the only running app I know that fails in this way Come on J Walter Thomson Group Ltd is this is the best representation of the British Army you can do even the app slogan is be the best you are falling short         Good PT workout but revolutionrevolver
