The live streaming works perfectly sometimes and doesnt work at all other times Sometimes some channels will stream and not others Sometimes one or more channels will stream but then stall And its not the channel but rather Comcast thats the problem When theres a problem streaming Food Network or some other channel that has its own app the channel streams fine on its own app Live streaming is unreliable
Nuff said Lack of Chromecast support kills it for me
Why are certain broadcasts Monday Night Football for example only viewable on a tablet and not on a phone Major shortcoming in my opinion Please fix Device Incomatibility

I understand having ads during a show but one break had 22 ads going for over 8 minutes I find this ridiculous and too much Keep it to 3 or 4 and it would be fine 22 ads for one commercial break
The only problem is that you could only watch some of the show or movie when you should be able to watch all of it isnt that supposed to be the hole point of this app It ok

I pay extra for sports programs When games are on ESPN or local TV it says error or directs me to the NFL site where I would have to pay more money Cable and sports programs are jokes Thanks Joke

This is a buggy app or else the network timeout errors that occur are indicative of poor networking due to Comcast issues Can be almost on top of router iPad connected to network and the app reports it is not Happens so frequently that it has to be a bug Developers need to fix this Its very annoying for the user Buggy Network Timeouts Errors

A friend told me about this app and for months I did not download it I assumed it was a gimmick Then we got on a flight together he sat there with his iPad watching previously downloaded shows and movies I sat there out of 1200 for Internet service only not to be able to watch anything with that Internet Needless to say I got the app and it is truly the best I watch live shows I watch older shows and most importantly I watch it when and where I want to watch it This truly makes my cable bill more worth it Ken S Love it got the idea from a friend
All the live shows they promoteyou cant watch them when its finally time to watch them And they only have around 10 if that channels you can streamIF it even streams in the first place Honestly its just a terrible app Has to be one of the worst apps i have

No surprise AirPlay isnt support this is Comcast we are talking about Frequent crashes albeit better then it was I switched to Fios purely out of spite Im not really the type that complains and doesnt act thats kind of my bundle deal AirPlay
For something coming from a company like Comcast you expect an app that works Well it is not the case This is a very unstable app with very unpredictable behavior They added the voice capabilities for which I upgraded all my service and the app is definitely worse than I thought it would be Im now thinking of dumping Comcast completely due to this I believe that they did not get the fact that things are changing and having a good app is important They will learn the hard way I do not recommend the app to anyone and stay away from their service I pay enough for them to have better service and app so they can invest a little more in that 0 stars is good enough and if I have the option I would put a negative star rating Worse app ever

At random intervals streaming movies freezes Sometimes for a few seconds but usually for a loooooong time Interestingly enough it doesnt happen on my iPhone Ive called your service number several times usual reaction is really thats weird The trouble is in your wifi Nice app when it works and if youre willing to pay the price Drives me nuts
Comcast are you kidding me I dont mind sitting through a couple of ads but when you have 12 FREAKING ADS every ten minutes in the movie that is rediculous I tried watching a movie and ended up watching more commercials than movie They wont fix this crap until people stand up and say something Seriously
I use this app a lot on my iPhone despite its many problems I like to sort by certain someone network to see what they have that is new especially HBO and BBC America But for the last few months when I go to those networks and hit the tab for tv shows or movies I get every single show or every single movie on ALL the networks in addition to the one Im looking at Why have a sorting function that doesnt work And why has it not worked for months Why dont the sorting functions work

There are too many commercials and every time you pause or exit the app to do something else you are subjected to the same commercials that you just saw all over again Trying to watch an hour long show turns into two hours half of it commercials unless you can get through it uninterrupted This isnt public TV we are already paying Comcast an exorbitant amount in our cable and Internet Crooks THUMBS DOWN TOO MANY COMMERCIALS
Ive always liked this app and have been using it for several years It has been working very well even if its not always the easiest to use With my upgrade to IOS 9 though it has started crashing a lot The crashes are very consistent though they always occur when I try to access the program description on a second show Still retains all functionality such as setting recordings and viewing the guide The crashes only seem to occur when you try to access multiple show descriptions Hope they fix this quickly since it is really annoying Crashes a lot with IOS 9
