Auto playing ads is too intrusive and obnoxious Deleting this app         I liked it until Fayalso

App is useful and I like the storm warnings But ads are obnoxious and no means to remove         Ads are annoying Ctwebwoman

Used to be good but I uninstalled due to full screen pop up ads No option to pay to remove ads         Ads broggyr

Don t get me wrong I very much enjoy this app It supplies a wealth of knowledge of the weather and I love the lay out And it is much easier to navigate the weather than the regular WTNH News 8 app However there are quite a few bugs Half of the time when I try to open this app it brings me to the opening screen then closes by itself The videos need work They play and pause and I manually push play and they keep pausing But the biggest problem with the videos is there is NO SOUND No matter how loud I turn my device up no audio The problem with just about every link panel or aspect of the WXEdge app it works about 50 of the time If these technical issues are fixed this could be one the greatest weather apps out there For iPhone users our pre installed weather app is The Weather Channel But if improvements are made to make WXEdge fully functioning I would much rather prefer to use it as my go to weather app             Needs a bit of work kelllymarguerite

Was enjoying the app Wish I could choose my own city instead of new haven which is 20 minutes away But within the last week or so the app has been crashing every single time         Started off okay Sasa322

Pros Locally tailored focused weather news much easier to use than the web site radars and other features are useful Cons Would like to see updated to take advantage of iPhone 6 screen size design is horrible looks like an app from early 1990s videos seem to play only in HD so they can be slow to load videos should load optimized for mobile             Would like to see optimized for iPhone 6 Richard Marganski

The radar is quite a feature very user friendly and the first I ve seen that allows you to see future weather conditions within the same screen I just hope they don t go overboard with the ads                 Great weather app DCole57
