The citizens of Washington State have through their multiplicity of taxes paid for the development and maintenance of this useful app We should not have to be further assaulted with ads One wonders where in the RCW is authority for ads on the web media of the State Did you people check with the Attorney General about this     FAIL Advertisements

The previous version wasnt great but not too bad for a government app Now its got ads ads     I wish I hadnt blindly updated

I live in the Seattle area Bothell to be exact and I daily drive in the craziness that we call traffic around here I rely on Google Maps Twitter the radio and used to also the WSDOT appbut no more I cant believe that with all of the money this state generates with car tabs alone that the WSDOT has the audacity to include adds in their apps I dont want to know about a cheaper laundry detergent Ill never use or flight to somewhere Ill never goI want to know the traffic Sorry WSDOTtake out the adds or be deleted     Adding adds Then Im deleting

Always loved this app Found it very useful Than I recently updated it and it no longer works Uninstalled still nothing 5 when it worked     What happened

I dont need a map of half the US with camera icons covering the whole state of WA And then it just crashes Dot road projects are poorly planned and under built The same failures have now been adopted by the app team Can I select less than one star     WSDOT incompetence now in app too

This app is great but dont update to the latest version they started including ads              Dont update

This app is awesome if you want information about the west side specifically but useless for Central or Eastern WA           Not so great for the rest of the state

Great app Im a service tech and depend on reliable info and travel via ferry every day Cant beat it Its accurate and free                 Great app

Good for daylight schedule but when I used for late at night gave me the next day schedule and was quite confusing Implies giving live feed of schedule but it is not     Good for commuter schedule

Often use this when getting off work to check traffic Today it wouldnt even update times and was all errors major update fail     stupid

I used the old old app which simply took you to the website While this wasnt ideal and the website wasnt very mobilefriendly I could still take a glance at the overall traffic map see where the bad spots were and make quick adjustments Now the little flags showing all of the traffic cameras take up the whole map and you cant see a thing Ridiculous There should be a way to turn these off if there is I cant find it Looks like Ill be going back to the website     Traffic map virtually unusable

I mainly use this app for the occasional ferry crossing Saw today that it now shows how many vehicle spaces are left on the next ferry which would have been highly convenient for us except that it showed us there were plenty of spaces left when there was an hour wait when we got there Total fail        Not accurate ferry wait status

Im real disappointed that I updated the app I pay plenty in road taxes and tolls and you put ads in the app Epic fail     I Pay Road Taxes

I always know my ferry times and if there is room on the boat with this app Been very useful as I use ferries and the Canada border crossing all the time Info is accurate and helpful interface is clean and easy to use                 Good app Not sure why the reviews are so bad

More than half the time Im attempting to use this app I get either a black white screen or the WSDOT logo and a cycling circle And theres no way to reset I usually have to resort to going to the website for the ferry schedule which defeats the purpose of the stupid app What a waste of memory     Useless most of the time

Not sure what all the poor reviews are about maybe it just got updated I just downloaded this and its awesome Accurate traffic reports and access to live traffic cameras plus info on all the ferries passes construction and even wait times for border crossing to Canada A must have if you live in Washington The only thing it needs is a little dot or something in your current location on the map as it can be hard to find where you are if you dont know already                 Great app

WA state has the 6th highest road gas tax in the country at 375 cents per gallon And the legislature just passed another 15 cent increase which will bring it to 525 cents per gallon the highest in the nation But they want more Our existing taxes paid for development of this app but now they downgrade it with intrusive advertising in an attempt to squeeze more blood from us No thanks Greedy BaaasssTards Deleting the app     Advertising

Disappointing to see a publicly funded organization like WSDOT choose to add unnecessary advertisements Doubtful any significant revenue is made and only detracts from the app     Useful app but ads are unwarranted

I inadvertently updated the WSDOT app and now with ads the app itself keeps on crashing I cant use it even if I tried so I ended up just removing the app from my devices The latest update is very disappointing because before I used the app frequently and was user friendly     Delete WSDOT app from device

After six attempts a reservation was made This is supposed to be for a phone Be careful Way too easy to think you are all set Password strength is too high Too hard to get back to your reservation Way too many clicks and checkboxes This is not NORAD Lastly stop worrying about your 10 no show fee How about you pay MORE for the ticket and simply offer no refunds after 24hrs     Seriously Reservation system is awful

Major pass closure over Snoqualmie today didnt even rate a notice on the opening page This app is becoming useless Especially for us on the eastside of the state     Pass closed

Answer when you are using the WSDOT app to catch a boat The app says 37 open spaces for a boat when the sign was already saying sorry dude No boat for you Nice idea but I guess that any number less than 100 should be considered suspect Im sure that the rest of the app is probably fine but this is the feature that I count on Fail        When does 37 0

I disagree with ads in the app altogether but the current placement is horrible If you truly insist on ads figure out how to better integrate them into the app so theyre not nearly as intrusive     Get rid of the ads

This app is a valuable tool for those of us that travel back and forth over the pass on a regular basis Provides accurate information of conditions gives timely warnings of delays provides a weather forecast so I plan properly plan out which days I need to head out by Thank you WADOT for this great tool you made this student very happy                 Works without issues invaluable App

Wait I use this app to check ferry times I am already paying out the butt just to ride on the boat and now I have to endure ads just to check the schedule Whoever thought this was a good idea needs to be fired I am already going to have to pay more for the Tacoma Narrows bridge toll soon a toll that was never suppose to go up and now yet again it is being raised again I just moved to the state of Washington and man am I learning that all this state government is interested in is putting a fee on everything they can This app is provided to support your public transit system which is the money maker not the app itself People already pay an arm and a leg to use public transit go get rid of the dumb ads Bad form Boooo     An app so I dont miss my overpriced ferry now has ads

I cant say I WANTED to pay for this app but I am hoping theres going to be an option to eliminate all ads We all have jobs to keep so I can understand looking for new revenue but when customers have grown accustomed to a very special product it would be nice to have the option to keep it that way Otherwise Ill just use the Seattle Freeways Traffic app Hope it changes     Paid Option for No Ads
