I have used this app for almost 2 years It is a nice simple app for tracking workouts However it does not save to the cloud so if you have to delete it for some reason you will lose your data Also if you are going to use the reports you need to be sure to be extremely consistent in how you name your excercises If there is any difference your reports will all be invalid If the developers are reading this I would like to see them also add more columns for sets so that I can include warm up sets and it would be nice if the app could more easily accommodate a time variable for sets and reps All in all I like it I dont love it It does not have lots of crazy bells and whistles that get in the way or try to make me conform to someone elses program I would like to be able to track more variables and be able to force my exercises into categories for reporting              Good App

Would give five stars however after using it five or six times after the last update I cannot even get it to open Frustrating as I have really become reliant on this program           Bugged
The ability to create and update workout templates so you can use them again and again is a great feature A recent update fixed the odd upsidedown splash screen on startup I wish the calendar view would display the workouts at the end of the previous month But generally this is a good app and knowing what I know about it I would definitely buy it again              Pretty good start
This is a good app but I didnt enter my weight and body fat info the first day On day 3 when I went back to do it it keeps shutting the app down I like the way it tracks your workouts and gives you graphs of of your progress towards your goal Just wish it wouldnt shut down when I try to enter certain info Very frustrating           Good app
I like this app However theres a limit on templates Please increase the limit or remove itI have lots of templates Also please allow a way to delete templates or edit them Also it would be nice to record body weights from the past to see the trend over time Otherwise great job with the app I hope you add these feature requests              Good app

This app is completely useless for personal trainer would not recommend it     Useless
I would love the ability to schedule work outs with my training over the week with goal sets reps and then actual sets reps Also would love the exercise journal to have preset exercises so I dont need to type them out each time this would allow consistent entry Finally graphs of goals vs actuals would be very helpful in seeing progress This is VERY VERY expensive for the feature set           Almost great
As the title implies this app is almost perfect fix the body log and body fat calculator and thats about it This is the best workout ive used to date despite the previously stated issue Love the easy use and versatility              Almost perfect

As a result of the latest update 32 this app is now just about perfect for me as I continue to pursue my amateur bodybuilding career The only thing that I would continue to recommend is a larger number of total sets that can be utilized Everything else is fantastic I highly recommend this app                 Version 32 Makes it a Great App

Updated to the current version for the new reports feature and it looks like I made a mistake The reports didnt do anything when I tried them and now when I try to open the app all it does is crash Guess Ill have to go back to the previous version until this gets fixed        What happened
This app convinced me to stop writing down my workouts with paper and pencil I love that you can create templates so that you dont have to reenter similar workouts I wish that I didnt have to buy a different version for my iPhone Also wish that for a user who has bought the app it would let you sync up to another device Sometimes I carry my phone other times I have my iPad it would be nice for them to hold the same data without me having to input in two places              Perfect
I have been searching for the ideal workout log app for my iPhoneiPad for years and just found this one So far I really like it But it needs an easy way to sync logs between the iPad and iPhone for people who have both devices I like being able to set up routines and review the log on my iPad But it is cumbersome to carry the iPad around on the gym floor where I worry about it getting stolen or broken So I prefer to log my workouts on the iPhone Also I workout once a week with a trainer and the rest of the week on my own So it would be nice to have a way to email my workouts to my trainer Right now we do this using a spreadsheet on Googledocs But it is cumbersome to keep the spreadsheet up to date for him           Need to sync logs between iPad and iPhone
Pros you can log any date via the calendar set up the way I log my workouts on paper flipped though charts for comparing and tracking progress Cons no instructions at first it looks like you can type up a template to use each time you log a workout But then once you hit a different date your template is no longer offered as an optionso I have to type out everything again cant delete a saved template cant edit the workouts I mean you can log the workouts but the titles of each show show up on the calendar date So if you got the date wrong for that particular workout you cant change it           Frustrating
The app is very good but since the last update now I cannot delete any former templates and put new ones after reaching the 10 template limit It is also frequently crashing difficult to open              Good app but bugged

The calendar format is great for being able to look at the whole month useful for planning workouts with a lot of variety I would like to be able to copy a workout to another date directly you can do it by making it a template but that is cumbersome It will accommodate most types of workout but as another writer said its not versatile for a really advanced cross trainer Agree that its not great for swimming or any kind of interval training Change the reps to allow that It would be nice to have the notes feature appear on the screen itself or have the exercise description just be longer so that you can see it on a screen print or hardcopy while working out Its been crashing a lot lately when I first try to get into it Whats up with that           Very Useful Needs Versatility CRASHES

This app is not user friendly Its clear that the creators do not care about this app or the people that use it Little tweaks could make this app so much better No real enhancements are ever made Only around 12 templates are allowed to be stored so if you have more than 12 workouts you are out of luck I would think that the people who are more likely to use this are the people who have several different workouts and they want to keep them in case they get bored or just want to change their routine Also I use my ipad while Im at the gym so I can log things as I workout if I close the cover on my ipad or if I leave the application up its very tedious to get back to where I was The rotation gets mixed up as well If someone knows of a better app please share     Do not buy
I am really liking this app I can put all of the information that I normally put in my paper journals and there are other useful items in the set up My only complaint is that the Cardio Distance Calories segment does not show in the graphswhich I dont find as something I need that much but fun to look at if you dont add distance Not all cardio work is going to have distance included I do Kickboxing Step running variations on Hiit Training              Enjoying this app
This app isnt ready for prime time perhaps it works for somebody who confines their workouts to a gym but if you do different actives with different distances ex Swimming I meters and cycling miles then you will be disappointed with the data entry windows The upshot of this inflexibility just about eliminates and useful graphical representation of exercise done Further the user interface is inflexible you cant get rid of the things you dont use And there is no functional way to enter a diet diary I had headed back to the app store in search of something else this one was designed by someone with their own workout in mind it cant accommodate a cross trainer or anyone with a sophisticated training program        Not ready for prime time

Great app I do not use the tracker but I love the layout Could you please allow words in the rep field Like seconds and times for lifts that require an indefinite number but a finite number of rotations etc Keep up the good work                 Awesome App
The thing I love most about this app is the calendar mode It lets me look back at the entire month and see in a glance the different types of workouts Ive done and how often That along with its other ways of tracking your progress keeps me motivated The layout is very similar to the beginners sheet just about every gym gives you when you join Its easy to use and its very helpful to be able to save your workouts as a template That lets you do the same workout again quickly without having to type it all out again The graphs to me are unnecessary and dont always track things accurately but are fun to look at My only other complaint is trying to put in a yoga or Pilates workout Theres no spot for it other than the stretching section Which works but Id love an actual section for that kind of workout Overall I love this app and I use it every day              Staying organized

After downloading numerous workout Apps Im going to stick with this one However there is still room for improvements which with most App developing companies it will all come with periodic updates However one simple request I have is just the copy and paste function I am an App fanatic and almost every App that I have where I have to type in information allows me to copy and paste This App doesnt seem to have that function Something simple like that should be mandatory           Great App Still needs some improvents
Finally I found an app that does what Im looking for This app gives me a clean simple interface to log my workouts track my goals and look back at what I did the week before I waded through dozens of flashy graphics unnecessary fluff and totally useless function before finding what I needed here Totally worth the modest investment              Very Nice
Love the App Like the page view Two additions would make it perfect 1 Be able to access templates in one place to edit or add them Also like to be able to arrange the order of them in my list 2 On the page view be able to close the Charts section so that the workout log enlarges to fill the screen But overall a fabulous app                 LOVE IT

This is a good app that I use almost every day User Interface is good as are the progress graphs Template area could use some workit should be easier to delete and modify templates for workouts that are done regularly It would also be helpful to have the ability to start a new workout from one on a previous day It probably wouldnt be that hard to give users the ability to copy a workout by just changing the date and saving it on the new day Right now when you do that it deletes the workout from the original date Overall I would recommend this app for the price              Very Good App

Keeps track of my workouts with space for both my morning and evening sessions I can quickly see how my week or month is going with the calendar and get more detail by tapping on any day The fact that I can save multiple templates means that my weight routines are stored right in the app If I had to choose only one app to track my workouts this would be the one                 Great App

I do not find this user friendly There are free apps that automatically calculate how many calories you burn during your workout Considering I paid for this I thought it might be better to have more organization but I think I will stick to my free apps     Workout journal
