I like this dictionary because this app gives me some useful information bout words that others do not give                 Useful

A very nicely written dictionary Works as hoped No ads very much appreciated                 Pleasantly surprised

The app seemed great but I wanted to see what dictionary they were basing their definitions on and I couldnt find any mention of it Then I saw Flooreds review and looked up alchemy and was very disappointed The veracity of this dictionary is very questionable        No base dictionary referenced

When a dictionary app opened for the first time takes you to the word Welcome you know someone thoughtful and caring created this I am replacing my Merriam Webster app with this because MW is missing a lot of words and misdefined demean gave it a positive meaning I knew was never how the word was used You gave me the definition I was looking for                 Perfect from the start

Great English offline dictionary the fastest and most complete Lots of choices and even includes scrabble word finder                 Fast and powerful

Really nice ui with an extensive offline list a remarkably easy online xref Its probably all you need The haters here dont seem to make a lot of sense Skewed LoL Evidently this right wing person was offended by the definition of conservative EXCEPT thats the same definition found everywhere Typical Puritanical I couldnt find any evidence of such Instore apps Yep it has them but going without doesnt affect much AND they do add value Disregard the haters get this                 Excellent

The application is good But you will have to pay for Thesaurus and Chambers dictionary Now it becomes expensive Somehow the developer managed to hide inapp purchases from Apple so that you dont see this feature until you install the app        be aware of inapp purchases

Ive been using this app since 2010 and it hasnt let me down yet and its super responsive minor notes that are simply preference but over all its a five star app Its so good that I bet even the developers have it installed on their phones I even have installed on my droid Tab Nice work                 Awesome

Poor reliability on definitions just look up this apps definition of alchemy or conservative for just a start I honestly believe the editors are just guessing making up or are deliberately skewing definitions Sad just sad     Sad

In considering any dictionary I check some obscene word to judge its level of honesty What came up on the first word I input was a long downright hysterical and embarrassingly selfrighteous tirade about the mere existence of the word going so far as to state that absolutely no one should consider using the word in any situation ever and that it is justifiably and rightly forbidden That was the word folks Forbidden Welcome to Orwell Land The uptight school marm puritanism of much political correctness gives all progressive thought a bad rap Im sure the editors of this app think of themselves as progressive but theyre actually regressive to the point of being downright victorian Only a totalitarian mindset could come up with the definition I found in my query word and not wanting to encourage anything totalitarian I definitely do not recommend this app     Puritan Correct

I have been using this app for several years The best feature for me is the search feature You can type part of a word and insert an asterisk anywhere in the word and the dictionary will supply you with all the words that have the letters you have typed with letters inserted between them                 Really helpful app
