They have the worst customer service of any company that I have ever dealt with The only phone number they will give is for Sales and only force you into chat for everything else Unfortunately I believe their chat is outsourced to non English speaking reps that don t know what Safari and Firefox are If they make an app for Apple iPad they should know Mac s have these web browsers I would not trust them with any Financial info and certainly not Product and Customer Databases in the POS system As a side note 9 out of the 10 of the 5 Star reviews were written on August 5 6 2011 the day the application was released Obviously this company wrote all of the positive reviews themselves     Poor Application Worse Customer Service Houdinis

Seems to lock up a lot Screen won t move once I m logged in Happens all the time I either have to turn phone off or delete app and reload Also can t access the same reports as in the actual pos Maybe I just don t know how to use it properly yet         Not what I had hoped Evan152748
