10 a month Seriously     Horrible

I decided to renew my subscription to watch a season of a classic TV show After confirming my credit card number and downloading the app I tried to log in Fourteen times The Open App screen takes me to the SubscribeAlready a Member screen which takes me to the Warner Bros home screen where I search the television show which then lists each episode with the tab Watch Now on iPad which I click and it starts all over again So it appears that there is literally no way for me to watch anything though Ive already received email confirmation that my subscription has been activated Jack Warner would be delighted that his studio screwed me out of 999 and didnt have to deliver anything for it     Like stealing ten dollars out of my pocket

I havent been able to log in for some time Total waste of time and moneyavoid at all cost     Awful

The app has been unusable for a couple of weeks In general I like the service and have been watching in a browser I cant recommend the app     iOS app is broken

When the app works the picture quality on the iPad is excellent However the app has not been able to connect with the service for 5 days They say they are working on it           Cant connect right now

I am interested but I need to more ie can I Air Play the content to a TV or do I need a Roku box     How does someone get an account

The app itself is quite serviceable clear interface nice watch list feature there is the annoying issue that the iPad must remain on and in the app for it to broadcast to an AppleTV but Im sure that will be fixed shortly YouTube had a similar problem The issue I have is with some of the content Ive added to my wish list The app debuted what just about 3 weeks ago and theres already a Leaving Soon collection of movies and television programs Excuse me If youve just launched an app dont start taking content away within a month Ill be curious to see how this all nets out           A few content qualms

Ive been a subscriber to Warner Archive Instant since it launched I have no problems with the app or its performance on the iPad or Roku just minor complaints about search results or whatnot Around the end of the first year of business the service hit a sweet spot of a few hundred movies with nothing being deleted or cycled out That has changed for the worse Most of what gets added now has already been up on the service at an earlier date there are very few titles new to streaming maybe 20 altogether since the start of 2015 and the date which new content is added every other Thursday seems to have been forgotten about entirely I like this service and wish it were worth the cost but without either an effort to update andor keep titles available its not worth it in the long run        Inconsistent addition of new content

If youre a big fan of the classics from MGM RKO WB you will enjoy this If youre just looking for topbilled movies that everyone has heard of this may not be for you True fans will love the app getting to see movies theyve never heard of or havent seen in a long time I dont have TCM so this is a good alternative Im a big AirPlay AppleTV user so I like that the app has that function Although a few times the app has topped the signal and Ive had to start over I also hope they add a watch list eventually so its easier for users to remember which films they want to watch They also let you know in advance when movies will be removed soon so you can watch them before theyre gone Content is updated on the regular so theres always lots to choose from              A must for classic film lovers

The content on this app is stellar I wish more studios would do this The quality of the HD streams in 1080p over Airplay is fantastic 10 is pricey this is not for the average movie fan and thats fine there are many other services for that If you love films from the 1920s1960s though there are some very rare titles here and thats what makes this app worth it Please keep adding more movies                 Fantastic content

Im rapidly reaching the end of my rope with these folks Thin and rarely updated content combined with non existent customer service result in a very poor value for the subscriber No one answers emails or comments to Facebook or messenger Only communications Ive ever gotten from them were when I un subscribed from the service Content is added whenever they feel like it most of it not worth watching Caveat emptor     Second time around is no picnic

The app is giving device error messages on all of my iOS devices started thus week I want a refund     App Stopped working

This site was great for a couple of months then they started deleting my favorite tv shows     Deleted my favorite tv shoes

I am disappointed there is not much content For instance the holiday showcase has 10 movies The havent changed in four weeks When do you add new content I love TCM but this is seriously lacking a good library           Not enough content

Some people dont feel that this program is worth 1000 a month Why I guess they arent into rare movies and silents I have had Warner Archive for about 6 months on my Roku box and love it Its nice that now I can take these movies with me The movie quality is great and they have included subtitles or not your choice with every movie This program is fairly priced                 Great Product

The app takes you directly to a login screen assuming you already have an account Doesnt offer option or path to get an account or an Information icon Poor start No one thought this through     How do I get an account

I paid for this app as soon as I saw it was available as I love WB and their TV shows and movies All was good for about 3 or 4 days when I noticed that the series I was watching and this series is the main reason I subscribed in the first place was gone from the line up Apparently they have a Leaving Soon category that lists shows that are to be pulled from the available shows on this app That makes no sense at all The customer should be able to begin watching series without having to worry that it will be leaving soon why pull shows and add shows and pull shows and add showsblah blah blah Due to this I as a customer am Leaving Soon in fact immediately They should tell you up front that the shows they use to tease you into signing up for almost 10 a month are subject to being pulled from the archives inventory line up at any time Thanks but no thanks        Come and Go

The app opens with a log in page asking for email and password as though you have already registeredbut without offering any way to register in order to log in Something very wrong here     Offers to way to register

Thanks for letting me subscribe through the App Store this is the best app ever A few suggestions though make some movies free instead of some of them asking for a subscription constantly And this is a wonderful and a amazing app if you look at the reason I got a subscription through the App Store is because it is faster and I wont have to put in my credit card information because it is already there in the App Store                 Thank you

The two star rating is based solely on the app not the amazing selection of Warner rarities which are available here If you use this on an iPad be prepared for frustration Ive had it for almost a month and literally 50 of the time the app will not open I usually have to wait a few hours During this downtime Ill watch something on Netflix HBOGo Mubi etc all of which work totally fine Warner fix the app if youre going to charge more than most other streaming services        Bad app great films

If you have a strong wifi connection its great if not it wont work                 Great with wifi

Warner Bros has produced some amazing television and movies over the years however it is missing from this subscription app For 999 a month I certainly expect MUCH MORE content Presently with what is available it is not even worth 99 cents     What a waste

It just doesnt work Says only general network error Get it to work and I be faithful customer Leave it broken and you got nothing for me     The dead app that i would love to love

Once you install this app there is no easy way to disable charging your credit card I deleted the app and it still tries to charge my credit card a monthly fee I sent an email to the Warners customer support got a reply that I have been assigned a ticket number but that is it It has been over a week And they have deleted all the good TV show This is worst than a virus it continues to charge your credit Do NOT install     This is an evil app DO NOT INSTALL

Dont bother It does not work It was easy to turn off the subscription but heres hoping they honor that Not enough content and I could not get anything to actually play If only it worked     Does not work

Just want to say having just received this app and viewing movies for the first time the quality of the BWs have stunning clarity I am utterly impressed with the high definition black and white movies Will update my review after I spend more time with this One more thing if you have a Roku you can also activate this app and enjoy as an alternate to view on the big screen                 Excellent Debut App
