This is a great app and we have a lot of time invested in it My wife and friends now use it daily It is critical to our lives now So glad it continues to receive support the model of Wallet is far superior to cloud based password platforms The database is unto itself encrypted and secure in the location of your choice Syncing between devices is effortless Thanks for keeping our privacy passwords and making the world literally a safer place                     Hooray ekimsknird

Like the other reviewers I am delighted to see that this great app is still being maintained I have been using Wallet for years on the Mac and on iOs as soon as it came out It s great to be able to share my password database across all my computing devices Unlike other reviewers I have no use for DropBox for this app When it comes to my password database it s all wifi sync over a a secure private network for me                     So happy and relieved to see an update jyh_

March 2017 update The developer has updated the Mac version of this app so it now again syncs between devices using Dropbox For now it s back to 5 stars Next challenge update this to 64 bit Original post The developer now works for Facebook This app and its Mac OS X counterpart are no longer supported I think it is very shameful of him to continue selling the app at all much less without any prominent notice of being abandoned It would also be nice if the developer worked with the 1Password team to allow for a smooth transfer of data from Wallet to other password apps As it is the app works less and less reliably with each OS update but there is no way to migrate out of it                     Abandoned RyszardH

I have used thid spp across multiple devices forthe last 4 years unfortunately the syncing has not been working since latest IOS update Seems to no longer be supported I would be wary of purchasing at this time     No longer Syncing bandeked

Found a way to sync with my MacBook via Wifi after new install on my iPhone The App on the iPhone did not allow me to change my password to the new one I have on my MacBook so I wanted a new install but then the syncing didn t work when I chose the option to sync with existing database Also Dropbox syncing didn t work as my new password was not recognized So after new install you have to choose new database instead and use the same password as you use on your MacBook Later Wifi syncing from the MacBook is working Hope this helps those with the same problem             How to sync with iPhone after new install grandpa84

Really good simple app Customizable to how you need it However It is way long in the tooth and in dire need of an update I m actually shocked this is still in the store at 9 99 I would be really ticked if I bought this app today It doesn t even support finger print login             Great app in 2013 jzachary

I have been using and trusting this app for over 3 years and it has worked almost flawlessly for me in that time There was a short period in 2013 when I had difficulty syncing across platforms but an update from Acrylic promptly fixed the issue After reading some of the many negative reviews here I am really scratching my head I m currently using it across 4 different platforms iPhone 5 iPad 4 MacBook Air and iMac 27 mid 2011 without any problems whatsoever I highly recommend this app I am not associated with the developer in any way and I m submitting this review simply to help others benefit from my own extended experience with Wallet                     Excellent App pullhook

This is more like a good try that is still in beta I will chalk up the money I spent for this application to Lessons Learned and go on to something better The application is rather cumbersome and clumsy Still I kept trying to enter all of my passwords in it Finally after entering credit card data then trying to make some corrections which refused to save I am leaving in frustration     Crude Primate1

I first started using Wallet when it was by Waterfall Software in 2007 It was a great product and I had it on all my devices Then the FaceBook deal patiently I have waited Emails were sent responses were received still no solution I too will be seeking another solution Hate to do it but a year is long enough     Wallet Brendan Hayes

The developer for Wallet as of May 1 2013 has closed the doors on Acrylic The Mac version of the App used an old version of the API to Dropbox which is now now longer supported and the Mac version fails to log on to DropBox with Error 400 The guy is now at Facebook If you are counting on a joint Mac iOS device solution DO NOT BUY WALLET Suggested replacements have been 1Password but apparently that has numerous issues as well I firmly believe that when a developer fails to support the app any longer it should be removed from the App Store Lets here a vote I am tired of buying apps that the developer fails to support     WALLET IS NO LONGER SUPPORTED Universe Observer

I ve had a lot of problems with this app in the past but it s finally at a point where everything works great It saves and syncs passwords and other information great and the interface is excellent and very similar to the Mac address book Downside is that it s a little pricey and if you buy the desktop app as well it will be 30 for the whole package Having said that you will always have every password bank account number pin number and anything else you want saved on your computer and on your phone                     Works great HamndChs

Spent a long time six months going back and forth with your very patient customer support staff trying so hard to figure out why the heck new enteries wouldn t sync After trying endless possibilities that hadn t worked it was suggested that I contact DropBox which I did Again with their customer service folks only to be told to go back to Acrylic and have them fix it Well believe it or not I have a life and I finally threw up my hands and said I give up I m done I m going to find something else to lock up my passwords with End of this story Wasn t I very surprised to see a new and improved version out today with bug fixes for my very exact problem What the heck took ya so long Ya got too big now that Facebook owns you You forgot about your end users Wallet You weren t like that when I first bought this app Too bad     I Had To Give Up On Ya Wallet BUT Today is a New Day Kagey1

I attempted to use the sync tool in this app to make my iPad and iPhone data match It failed and worse yet it overwrote my data with a blank file It took me 45 minutes to re enter everything then it did it again I contacted support for help and never received a response Because of that I switched to eWallet and I love it It syncs via iCloud instead of Dropbox and works flawlessly     Sync tool loses data and support is non existent Robsquatch

I have been using this app for a few years Initially it grew in performance as OSX and iOS grew Unfortunately that it no longer the case I have contacted customer service 3 times in all these years Initially very responsive Now the ghost of Christmas past has abandoned ship complete lack of response and attention to emails About a year ago it took 3 tries to get Acrylic s attention Currently Wallet refuses to sync with Dropbox 3 tries still no response I am getting the impression that this app is no longer supported or is way understaffed Avoid the headaches there are other viable options     DO NOT PURCHASE coltnm

Sync may look like it s working from iOS but it s not In OS X it at least returns an error for Dropbox sync letting you know that it failed In iOS you re left with no clue Dropbox confirmed it s because the app uses an old version of their API Bottom line is the app has been abandoned by its developer No support emails go unanswered Why wouldn t they sell the source code as a valued asset for someone else to continue to manage They burned what used to be a great product Shame     Orphaned Product FeelMyBass

It used to be the most frequently used app on my iPhone ipad Macbook but it is totally forgotten the developers left it to die     Completely forgotten gonmarsa

I have been a user of this app for many years but it has turned out to be one of the most horrible apps I have experienced The owner has gone out of business and the app has virtually lost all of its significant features and functionality For example you are not able to sync data from your computer to your iPhone you are not able to sync data from Dropbox to either your iPhone or computer The Safari and Chrome plugins are not recognized and do not work and the customer service is the absolute pitts because even though the owner has left the website up it serves no purpose because no one is responding to the emails including the owner Many of his loyal customers like myself have been trying to reach someone in technical support for over a year and there is not at least the courtesy of saying there will be no customer support Don t believe the false truth that is posted about providing technical support because it is very misleading and unethical in my judgment So please don t waste your money because this product is horrible and I am shocked Apple continues to carry this product given all of the negative reviews of late Don t say that I did not warn you     Don t Buy This App IT IS HORRIBLE Macman

As of May 1st 2013 you can no longer sync with Dropbox According to forum posts on the web the developer of Wallet Acrylic has not updated to the current API for Dropbox which was released years ago and support for the old API was finally dropped I used to use this app religiously but not I would not advise anyone SPEND MONEY on it It is not fully functional I cannot sync and there are no reasonable alternatives Find something else     Do NOT Buy TonyCTusa

I was pleased with the product on just my iPhone However in trying to sync to my iPad using Dropbox less than 1 2 of my passwords were transferred Repeated attempts of uninstalling on iPad and re syncing had the same results I wrote to the Acrylic customer support address and never received a reply I am now looking for another password app to replace Wallet This was 10 completely wasted     Unresponsive Disney Fan - 2013

My wife and I share Wallet on two iPhones an iPad and a MacBook Air We are often on opposites of the planet so keeping synched is key Wallet synced flawlessly with MobileMe Since the move to DropBox we have found that Wallet does not sync properly We have used the app for a long time Whenever family or friend bought an iPhone I would insist that they install and start using Wallet for their own peace of mind I too have contacted Acrylic support and was told the only possible fix is to uninstall and reinstall the program That was a useless exercise and only resulted in losing recent changes We see once again that our devices are no longer in sync With hundreds of account id s and passwords and credit cards and PIN codes and passports and SSN s I am sick about the prospect of entering everything into another app But what else can we do     I am sick about it Lord Jeffrey Amherst

Do not purchase this app It has been completely abandoned by the developer and has not had an update in years Dropbox sync does not work and it looks like nothing will be done to fix it It is very frustrating that my entire password database is stuck in Wallet and I will now have to find another solution that will work between my Mac iPhone and iPad I am also very turned off by the price of 1Password 18 per app per device is ridiculous I might just develop my own Very frustrating     Abandonware Hayden Evans
