I downloaded this app so I could search by MLS It is called MLSOnline after all so why can t I do that Thumbs down         Where is the MLS option Grandma Player

I used to really like your app but in last two weeks it has changed and not for the better I can no longer save houses to look at again later Also you took lot sizes off all descriptions Too bad because lot size is 1 on my list of features then sq footage oops probably shouldn t have told you that It will probably be the next information you eliminate         Qwerty Homeless in Seattle

It s a good app Except I can t log in to this app with the same information as the online version So I registered under a different email I have and a different password because the password requirements are different for the app Then when I logged out I now can log back in because it says none of the information is correct Kind of annoying that I can t log in or the I have two separate account for the same site Can t combine them and even searching the app and online are coming up with slightly different results Also there is not an option if you have forgotten you password             Good but Alison Sohnly

When scrolling through the list of homes I notice some HTML script where the property s status should be Doesn t save search parameters so when you leave the app you have to re enter the city to find the home you were just viewing Search by MLS function doesn t work crashes every time         Could be better Anonymous duder

I used this app to find my current home and check it periodically still just to see what is out there Lots of information and easy to use                     Love this app Weranger

We found this very helpful while condo shopping Appreciate the walkability scores and photos Once the photos were clearly not of the actual unit that was for sale however Easy to move around the map and adjust parameters Really wish it would show completed sales however                 Helpful ShhhyAnn

Like this app I have not had any problems with it Only reason it is not rated higher is bc i have not found a way to exclude the pending listing or pending bu it is frustrating having to open so many listings to only find they are not available             Good app Cherylh842002

Great app and like the ability to mark a listing as a favorite but also needs the capability to mark a listing as discarded to help narrow your search Also needs advanced filter capabilities like searching units with garages             MLS Online 2023gwb

I ve been using 3 different apps for getting the most info on properties Redfin Zillow and most recently this MLSOnline Washington app MLSONLINE lists both new listings and status change faster than the other too so it is now my first app when looking for new or status on current Unfortunately the filter sort and image display features are not as good as the others so once I get the listings from MLSONLINE jump over to Redfin to see the images and location or Zillow to compare pricing with other house appraisals in the immediate neighborhood If MLSONLINE had full screen images a way to sort lists other than by price and a filter for lot size it would be my favorite             Good app the first place for new listings and status bieberluvr59
