I use app a lot Ships directly to my house usually next day Had one issue with logging into app but support was great                     Best tool to have Pipe fitter 636

I like being able to place my order from my phone but the app only works about 25 of the time Usually when I place the order I get a Server not responding error Other times the cart glitches and says I have nothing in my cart when I know I have items in there Sometimes it won t let me remove items from the cart It s frustrating and almost not worth the hassle         Glitchy App K-soDilla7

Before the last update I could click on products and add them to my cart and actually purchase them Now all I can do is search products When I go to click on the product it does nothing Doesn t go to the individual product page so I can add it to my cart This app is more useless now than ever before     Was usable now it nothing but paper catalog in digital format Astrosnaught

As big as Grainger is they won t spend the money to have a decent website or app Terrible search hard to add even when you know the grainger item And god forbid they don t have it in stock It just throws the item out Grainger could learn a lot from McMaster Carr who will have your exact order in 1 2 days As high as these prices are please produce some service         Not user friendly at all Family bonding

After searching and finding the product you are looking for I click on it and then it says no internet connection I hit the refresh button on the app and it brings me back to the prior page I have a internet connection and that s definitely not the problem no other apps give me that issue It evens finds the products in the search only when you click on them the internet issue arises I do not know if this is happening because I access the app from Europe as sometimes work overseas     Junk Russ..in... You absolutely cannot find what you are looking for You cannot even punch in the numbers yourself Just call them and save yourself the grief If you type in bolt it will say nothing found It used to allow you to put the part number in but now it won t allow that either same response It also occasionally crashes     Not great at all Vhbbhhccnmn
