Total waste of time and money
VIdeomaker is a good mag and I really enjoy it. That is why this is hard. It seems every time I get a new issue, I have to update the app. Then something goes wrong. The app crashes when opened or now, I am getting incomplete downloads. Articles on camera supports and editing are BLANK. I try to contact the developer but don`t try anymore as they don`t seem listed. VIdeomaker refuses to take responsibility and refers me to apple. Apple tells me to delete the app and re-install. I have tried that twice, this time, and still am missing the full issue. I pay for this subscription and can`t read it. Every time I have to replace the app, I have to re-download ALL of the years issues. Like going to the news stand and buying copies with pages torn out.
