Put your phone on airplane mode then open the app It always worked for me so far Hope this helps till they have a fix How to open the app

Compré el upgrade a través de la opción que da la aplicación gratis y me cobraron 999 por una aplicación que el la App store está en 199 y de paso la aplicación no se actualizó y no tengo forma de descargarla porque no me aparece en mis aplicaciones compradas NO COMPREN EL UPGRADE

Terrible App and I paid for an upgrade Wont Open

Havent had any problems yet videos are hidden and plays when needed So far so good

Not a fan of this app at all First when it open and trust me when I say when probably a 1 in 10 chance it will open it is incredibly slow First just getting password to show up Then once you turn to landscape it lags about 10 seconds Then you change your keyboard to enter numbers add another 10 seconds I purchased the full version and it didnt get any better That was a waste of money My Disk is so much more reliable and works great I give it two stars only because when it did work it was pretty good to watch and easy to fast forward through Slow and Main App crashes

No tech support VL will not allow me open attachments in any other format but VL And when videos are downloaded the shelf is empty I have paid for a full version and feel ripped off Good luck in your efforts to obtain any tech support Very disappointed VL App Tech Support
