Verses - a notebook for creative writers

I love the speed of the app so Id be afraid to add too many features and big it down But maybe you can add a button like Start power features that quickly start up some more features like landscape mode AirPrint etc Also it could use some folders and titles Other than that its a solid fast and useful app Thanks              Great but with room for improvement

This app needs more space in landscape mode Even lines in iambic pentameter carriage over midline I like the builtin rhyming dictionary but it sometimes suggests words that dont actually exist Still a few tweaks and maybe some more features and this could be my goto app for writing verse           Handy but needs improvement

I love this app Even though I havent had it for all that long Its fast to open and therefore easy to put down song ideas right away Secondly the UI is sort of a mixture between the built in todo app on iOS and the built in notes application Works well but I do have a few suggestions Thirdly Suggestions 1 First and foremost please build a title feature Would be so much easier 2 Also i think itd be a nice sentimental feature to add a date stamp in the corner or something 3 Please add a search mechanic somewhere Im not having this problem now but I can imagine I soon will Scrolling through all my songs Yikes 4 Add a sorting feature Alphabetical Date Created etc for in the song list page And what would be fantastic but maybe slightly out of focus for us song writers it would be great to have a crude recorder in app just to get the general idea of the tune we have in our heads to ensure it comes back to us later Have the recorder be note specific so you can record multiple and attach them to the appropriate lyrics Just a thought I think thats it To end Ina High note please do download Its really nice to use now but I can see it becoming even better Keep up the good work                 Overall Very Useful Easy and FAST

This app is simply perfect However I agree with Skyline and Dylon It definitely needs passwordcode entry and organization Folders to store songs would be really nice and insong subheadings Verse Chorus etc Titles would be good too              Awesome

But passcodes please              Love it

I like it but would like it better if I could use with landscape view It feels more like typing and the words come through my fingers much easier              Like

Awesome developer Awesome app As this is the only lyricpoetry writing app Ive been able to find I decided to ask for a couple updates if possible I understand the email option is coming looking forward to it do Ill leave that alone It would be nice to have sections to distinguish chorus verse bridge etc to help in the song writing organization process Just a thought                 Thank for the updates

I bought this because i like Dereks previous app rhyme books the first version I think verses is great except for integration with dropbox title function which i think essentials to any writers There are no option to save it any other way beside tweeting too           Dropbox title please

This is the best poetry app I have found and I have tried a lot of them                 Best poetry app

It was a great app when I first got it but now the rhyming dictionary no longer works Always an update              Good app but

This is a great app The one thing I would love to see is better use of blank space in landscape mode I write poems with longer lines and just want to pull the window wider than it is Otherwise outstanding              Great and almost great

Great app I use it daily I have recommended it to several songwriting buddies I dont use the rhymes too often But thats just me not the app Hopeful upgrades in the future Sync export to dropbox Folders to better organize songs Song titles Section titles Verse Chorus PreChorus Bridge Intro Outro Recorder that you could link multiple sound bytes to a song eMail link if there is no dropbox support Again Great App                 I use this a lot

Love this simple app but I really wish it was cloud compatible so lyrics created could be automatically synced with other computers or downloaded easily              Just one missing feature

This app used to be great but no longer works I tried contacting the developerstill waiting for a response     No longer works

I like how simple it is Thinking about how fast it opens up I would not recommend adding every conceivable feature you could to this as I would hate to see it bogged down and lose the appeal it holds as a fastloading thoughtcatcher I dont see any advantage to adding an app level pass code protection to it because the iPhoneiPod already has the ability to lock itself and this is just more code added to a perfectly simple solution However to make this part of any serious writing workflow the export options need to be added Dropbox support would be fantastic as it seems to be the goto solution for moving content from one application to another Overall a great beautiful editor              Great minimal editor

It allows me to write poetry but the dictionary doesnt work           Its okay

Simple nice for text Dont get it for rhyming Anything more than one syllable draws a blank           Not for rhyming
