Verizon FiOS Mobile

Remote function has mysteriously stopped controlling the volume on my tv Using the physical fits remote is so leggy youd think it was connected by dialup Having only two cable options that are basically the same I guess this is what we get for 130 a month If these companies were shops or restaurants I doubt anyone would spend their money with them        Ugh

After 10 attempts to sign in getting locked out forcing me to create a whole new password when my initial pass word was fine in the first place final get to a show I want To watch and then Im told Sorry you dont have access WTH Sick of trying and so dissatisfied     WHAT A MASSIVE PAIN

It doesnt always have the channels I pay form                 Not always happy

Love the app but dont understand how sometimes shows appear without the ability to watch them Otherwise its cool              Luv Fios Mobile

What is the point to having an app like this if 1 You can only watch it from your ipad if your in or around your house 2 You cant watch your recorded shows on the device 3 You cant even watch OnDemand on your device DishNetwork DirecTV offers all these things Get with the times or get left behind     Cant watch your programs recorded or OnDemand

This app is amazing very useful but it keeps signing me out then telling me the password or user name is not correct please fix that issue otherwise amazing                 Awesome

I was forced to use Comcast XFinity for years due to the lack of choice in the cities I had lived in Once I moved and had a choice I went with Verizon Fios The reliability of their network and network speed was far better than Comcast but their phone apps and their tv menus are the worst Aside from being graphically awkward their app doesnt offer any of the basic simple and day to day functionality of the comparable Comcast App All I need cable company app to do is to 1 allow me to watch any on demand shows on my app an entire episode not a clip 2 allow me to use my app as a tv remote control without error 3 not delete my channel favorites every time there is an app update I dont miss much about Comcast but I do miss their phone apps and their simple tv menus through their box Verizon should copy or license the Comcast app and scrap this piece of s     Verizon App developers need to copy XFinity

I just cant rely on this app to work consistently each and every time Constantly getting error messages very slow to load if it loads at all My WiFi works fine for all other apps using it so I know its not a hardware issue unless the Verizon equipment I have is defective or outdated I try to find other work arounds but thats not what Im paying Verizon all this money for every month Theyre supposed to be a high tech company They need to do better and fix this     Quirky inconsistentunreliable app

I can use this away from home How cool is that                

It has worked for me since I installed it I havent had any of the issues I have read about           Works for me No issues as of yet

Its absolute crap that they keep taking channels away Why do I need to be connected to home wifi to watch Isnt that what the freaking TV is for Useless     Was good not anymore

I am recently new to Verizon Fios I like the app I like I can watch tv when Im not at home But it would be better if I could watch all the channels and shows on my phone instead of only be able to watch channels and shows that are available for mobile Other then that its a really good app              Good app

I moved this app came in handy until I got service in my home its great I havent missed any of my favorite shows Or the US Open              Great App

Just started using it so far very impressed                 Much better than ATT app and service

I have tried to get movies to download and then when I go to open them always an error message     Doesnt work

App is fair to ok Have to reenter FiOS password way too often no integration with password managers or fingerprint Use iPad on home Verizon network should not care about accountpassword Needs to get with the times and be user friendlyusers ya know     Broken cant find STBs

I have iPhone 6 plus I try to read my email but the email Immages is bigger than the screen I cannot scrol left or right to read it Now trying to get to app support just brings you back here You cannot access app support So ill have to see if the optimization for iPhone 6 plus gets fixed     Cant connect to app support cant read email

Even though I pay for the sport channel Being Sports I cant see it in my phone It used to be there but now its locked in the app I dont know what to do        I dont know why

Its been two months and we still can not watch tv on the app Verizon has been working this issue since my installation Not really displaying competency at the present time Anyway until this works the app wont rate more than a one star     Two months and cant watch now

One reason I subscribed to Fios was that I was told I could watch any channel Im paying for on my iPhone If I go to the Dashboard I only see some of my channels and theyre in random order So I tried the TV Listings tab It gives me all the channels but I cant watch them on my iPhone Very poor design and barely useful The Optimum app is so much better I may cancel my Fios service and go back to Optimum        Disappointing Selection of Channels

Fios quality is superior of any other cable and satellite company I ever had Is a bit price but is worth every penny                 Best Service Ever

Have been with verizon fios for a few years now was very happy until recently I cant consistently watch my favorites channels or movies without them stopping because of buffering and socalled lost internet connection Dont know what the deal is but please fix it fast           Mobile app on iPad

This app is much easier than the cox contour app I used with my previous provider I just wish all my home channels could be used when Im on travel                 Way better than Cox Contour

The app is very buggy and constantly crashes or says it can not verify subscription Irritating        Buggy

I guess Im just lucky I havent had any issues with the app I use if every day The most useful is the program guide but I really enjoy being able to watch shows on it as well                 Very useful

Wonderful im loving it just wish I could watch the football games                 Im loving it

Does not show the same channels that I have my TV It worked well until I changed my plan       

Installed the update with no problems and was able to watch tv immediately It had 515 sec of buffering but thats not a problem I would like to have a better way to go to from one channel to the next I give this app a 5 star                 Works Great for Me

Love this app The only issue I have had consistently is it kicking me off the remote That is surely annoying              Awesomewhen its not kicking you off

The remote function of the iPad and iPhone from the Fios app is not working properly I keep getting a pen error saying I cant connect because of the wifi but Im on wifi currently so I dont know whats up     Digital iPad and iPhone remotes wont work

I like to use this app for the mobile remote and also for the mobile viewing when Im away from my cable box set top                 Pretty cool very useful

I used to love this app But now it doesnt give me my fav channels anymore No ABC CBS NBC etc Im NOT happy about this Keeps telling me I need to connect to my home Verizon wifi in order to get more channels Well Im already using my Verizon wifi at home so what the heck do you expect me to do Makes no dang sense PLEASE FIX THIS ASAP     Please fix this

Its really a great app I watch all my movies I pay for in my phone and enjoy them watching with some friends when I hang out with them                 Best app ever

While this app works there is much to be desired eg Allow me to extend the length of a recording from my device so I dont miss the end of a game only available from the STB Improve the search so I dont have to use my TV Guide app to find the program then use the Fios app to record Bottom line Its functional but that is all        Make it Better
