UPS for iPad

Annoyed like the rest of you I just deleted the app and reinstalled When I opened the fresh installation I was simply prompted with all of the login options chose my UPS login and it worked Of course I closed and reopened the app twice and it still works        Fix for Epic Facebook FAIL

I keep getting kicked off and having to sign in over and over I am trying to use MyChoice to change a delivery but it wont let me My advice do NOT waste time downloading this app     This app is garbage

Originally it performed beautifully for me I experience none of the bug issues the upgrades have fixed I would open the app and because I had clicked save my login boom there was all my info However now the app immediately takes me to Facebook I refuse to log in thru FB I was going to renew the upgrade however find this so annoying decided to wait until they fix this problem     USED to LOVE now HATE this app

Crashes every time I try to view the details then forces me to re login The map looks like it might be nice        Keeps crashing

This was a great app but now the integration with Facebook has really become annoying I agree with an earlier reviewer that we should just not use the Facebook login Please give us an option to opt out of the Facebook login page Now I have to cancel the Facebook login then login with my UPS account every time I access the app I used to remain logged in but not anymore Finally the Facebook connection makes me question what will be done with my delivery data Hopefully UPS is not adopting the standard Facebook automatic opt in ask for forgiveness the give an option to opt out policy     Get rid of Facebook integration

Its bad enough that you cant login to UPS App and I do have an account but the fact that UPS is not listening to these complaints They are definitely not keeping up with technology At this point UPS app should be fixed and running smoothly for a company of their size No excuses Especially when companies like Amazon etc have a very huge following and people buy online and use shipping more now then ever Wake up UPS Management     Horrible

I cant log in with existing credentials because the app keeps launching my Facebook app then crashing Do you really think Im going to want to share package deliveries with my Facebook friends     Get rid of Facebook plz

Since the October 27th upgrade all it does is sit there and go round and round it never fully loads so in actuality its useless     It use to work fine

App will not load and continuously asks me to re enter my login information and when it does work it says it cant find my shipment when I enter the tracking number DESPITE the fact I can see everything on the ups website Until this issue is fixed I am uninstalling this app     WORST APP EVER

I have had this app on my iPad for quite awhile It used to work perfectly Now it wont connect And it WILL NOT allow me to remain signed in even though I have chosen that option This has been a problem ever since the sign in with Facebook fiasco The UPS app on my iPhone still works perfectly     What have you done to this app

I kept myself from posting a review because I was hoping that the log in issues wouldve been resolved by now I log in using my UPS login and I have the keep me logged in on However whenever I get out of the app and get back to it an hour or so later I have log myself back in even though its supposed to keep me logged in I also do not like the forced Facebook login I do not have my account linked to my Facebook page and dont see a reason why I should I already have my own UPS login and when I have to log back into the app its just annoying to deal with the app trying to get me to link it with Facebook I wouldve given this app more stars but I really dont like that the log in issues have not been dealt with     Wont Keep Me Logged In

Im not sure what everyone is flipping out about with the Facebook log in I have a UPS log in that works just fine and does not require me to attach my Facebook account to it at all If you dont want to log in through Facebook then dont This has all the detailed tracking I need the ability to change my delivery preferences and signature release Does just what I need it to do                 Does exactly what I need

The app was working for me until now It will not login I was going to get support thru the app but since it will not login that option isnt available Please updatefix I use the app daily to track and make delivery changes        Was working

Spent over an hour trying to set up then it would not let me log onfinally got a temp password but it didnt workbad idea to launch before bugs worked out Bad for customers and their business since I will just use Fedex next time     Bad app

I loved this app and used it all the time We do a great deal of online shopping and in our rural community packages are left at an unsecured common drop location so I like to get things as soon as they are delivered Until a few months ago all I had to do was pen the app to see the status of all my deliveries Now this app is unusable It will not retain my login so I have to click login each time I launch the app Upon clicking Login I am automatically redirected to my browser and the FB login requiring me to close the FB page and manually switch back to the UPS app where I can enter my UPS login info Finally as if that were not inconvenient enough I log in with MyUPS credentials but as soon as I click on a delivery the app crashes and closes Completely unusable and incredibly annoying I am going to remove this app from my devices Why keep an app that doesnt work At all WHY It used to be soooo useful Super disappointing     App went from GREAT to CRAP Why

I almost deleted the app yesterday I was tired of being thrown into FaceBook That is no longer an issue and I love the new enhancements and the ease of mapping a local shipping location Thank you for fixing the Facebook problem and the additions to the left hand menu So glad that I did not delete you                 Love the new update

This Facebook BS is beyond irritating If you wont get rid of the FB BS altogether Give us a permanent way to opt out You used to have a great app Now you have an irritating app Not totally useless but close IFyou keep trying to force FB on us I will delete it I dont want my UPS account linked to FB I dont want UPS to have access to my FB account info I dont want to share my UPS activity with FB friends I dont want to invite FB friends to UPS There is absolutely no reason to link to FB or any other social media Please FIX     DUMP the Facebook BS

This used to be a good app However it now wants to force you to login with Facebook It also will not keep you logged in even though you select the setting to keep you logged in If you want to offer Facebook integration then offer it as a choice in a onetime setting I do not want Facebook integration     Used to be a good app Please No More Facebook

Hey UPS whats up with the forced Facebook integration Many people do NOT use Facebook nor do they ever want to use it Stop acting like you own stock in Facebook by forcing people to log in with it If this isnt changed and changed quickly then I will stop using your services Your app is supposed to help people not frustrate them Thank you     Does UPS own Facebook

Hate all apps that try to jam FB integration down my throat This app is so ridiculous it constantly crashes Why would I pay 40 for advance features when you cant get the free ones right Check out USPS app now thats a good app Almost minute to minute delivery updates And has yet to crash even when I was tracking multiple items     FB integration is BS

What is the deal with the forced Facebook integration This is a royal pain and you have been hearing it in all the reviews since your previous update I held off on posting a negative review until you had time to address it with an update It took a little longer than I expected for you to push out an update when you have a bug at least I assumed it was a bug but I was floored when I installed the latest update and discovered the problem persists Now I have to assume it is either not a bug and UPS doesnt care about their customers wantsneeds they have completely missed the negative feedback or they know about it and simply lack the technical ability to resolve the problem in a timely fashion Im not sure which of these concerns me more but I sure hope the problem gets addressed soon     Enough with the FB crap

Update has broken the app It will not connect to the UPS server     App Freezes Will Not Connect

I do not want to integrate UPS with FB and I should be allowed the opportunity to opt out This is some BS     Please stop with FB integration

I can Login using my UPS password OKbut it insists the tracking that I enter is invalid I did a Cut and Paste Just in case I had copied it down wrong but I got the very same resultNext I tried using the same Cut and Paste Tracking using their online siteIt went right through and provided the results I wanted immediatelyGood Bye UPS App     It doesnt work

This app could be good if they could fix the constant loading issues whenever I go to ups choice it says its loading forever and then I eventually get an error stating that it can not connect Since everything else on my iPad can connect I know the problem is not mine     Could be good if

UPS was once my goto shipping service and goto app Now it wants me to login with Facebook I read the more info section and it states UPS has no responsibility as you are dealing with a third party app It also states the app can share your friends collect your data etc If I wanted to ship via Facebook I would now I cant even log in Once I cancel out of the FB login and use my UPS login the app crashes Goodbye UPS hello FedEx     Why Ruin A Good Thing

On the iPad it wont log in States that I have no web connection I just got email and went to a web site I have web connection but not for this app     Wont log in

Initial impression of this app is that it does exactly what I need it to do and so far I havent seen an issue with crashing It even detected that I copied a tracking number to the clipboard and automatically found the package No login is required If the login window pops up you can close it X at the bottom left corner of the window When I did login with my UPS My Choice account it automatically showed everything being shipped to me with no tracking numbers needed                 FB login NOT REQUIRED

Since ios9 crashes on start up Please fix     Crash

I guess bug fixes doesnt mean that they fixed the biggianthuge bug that sends you directly to Facebook and logs you out every time you open the app THIS APP IS UNUSABLE     Bug fixes

Its nice UPS is trying to keep up with technology but they need to hire better developers when it comes to there applications or even website The iPad and iPhone application is always crashing or logs you off and its a pain in the butt you guys need to put an effort on fixing bugs etc its a hassle to log in all the time waste of time I would go to FedEx if UPS doesnt fix there issues and make it easy to use the website and the application Chose wisely your developers when it comes to technology     Bad Application
